Dear Mr. Ronenshein,

I read your commentary on Orly Taitz re Obama Birth Certificate in the Orange County Register, in which berate and mock her and all those who are demanding and/or even suing Obama to produce his real birth certificate by stating:

“She’s just being ludicrous and making stuff up and getting on television for other people to hear, many of whom will believe it because they hate the government.” 


Even if it were true that Obama possesses a genuine U.S. natural born citizenship birth certificate,  he and his “Boys from Chicago” and the all of the States who allowed him to run for President without FIRST providing proof of his birth, are in violation of the law.  So this renders him Commander in Thief, not Commander in Chief.  His Josef Mengele Health Care Plan is an equal abomination.

Subject: Your appearance on Lou Dobbs radio show yesterday re Obama’s birth certificate
Dear Professor Peter Spiro,

I heard you on the radio yesterday on the Lou Dobbs show regarding Obama’s eligibility to be President.  And though you were less antagonistic and hostile than a number of news commentators such as Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow and Joan Walsh, I must admit am staggered that you had not done your due diligence to research the integrity of Obama’s birth certificate.  I am also startled that you would effectively create the impression that the burden of proof for producing a genuine long form birth certificate is on the host of plaintiffs and the American people to produce real evidence of his birth certificate, when the burden of proof is upon Obama himself.  I am also shocked that without having even examined any of the evidence and the so-called birth certificate posted online that you would publicly label those who are simply asking for the long form birth certificate as people on the “fringe” (as I recall your attitude towards them).   You gave no indication that you even knew the difference between a long form birth certificate and a certificate of live birth, or that the COLB shown on the Internet by Obamanites was flawed.  Imagine a distinguished law professor and expert on the U.S. Constitution giving such credence to hearsay that Obama’s birth certificate is genuine.  Fortunately, someone who wasn’t even an attorney called the Lou Dobbs show right after you who was extremely more informed than you about this and many other cases against Obama, to properly inform the listening audience, as did most the the subsequent calls on this show as well as the radio show that followed Lou Dobbs (The Steve Malzberg Show).  It could not have been more obvious that you were a biased mouthpiece for Obama’s propaganda machine.  This is really tragic, given that you are professor of law at a university so close to the Liberty Bell.  I am a Vietnam War era veteran, so I am also offended that you would show such contempt for Maj. Stefan Cook who is in the military, as though he had no grounds for his case.

Contrary to Keith Olbermann’s irresponsible journalism, the fact is, it is Obama who is the biggest conman in history.  The cowards are the media who will not verify Obama’s real long form birth certificate and mock those who request it.  So I suggest you get educated about this case and listen to Dr. Orly Taitz on the The Steve Malzberg Show radio today who follows the Lou Dobbs show 4-6 pm (at least in NYC) as well as visit Dr. Orly Taitz’ website:

You stated that the matter is quite simple.  To this I agree, produce a real long form birth certificate which shows hospital, attending physician, etc., on order to be a legitimate natural born President of the United States.

I remain shocked that you would come to such an airtight conclusion having heard and examined (in detail) only one side of the story.  

I hope that once you have examined this case you will come back on Lou Dobbs show and apologize.

Dear Ms. Rachel Maddow and Joan Walsh,


If people are as whacked out “nutjobs…unhinged” (Joan Walsh Salon editor) or crazies as Shepherd Smith at Fox, who question Barack Obama because he has not provided a Long Form Birth Certificate, then why am I not also a “crazy” because the State of New Jersey required me and my wife to produce one in order to adopt a child.  If I took your advice, there would easily be one more orphan still living in the streets.   

You have just launched a cruise missile into the very heart of your own credibility.  You apparently don’t even know the difference between a COLB and a real long form birth certificate.

You did not even mention Dr. Orly Taitz (attorney and dentist) who is one of the main crusaders and figures filing lawsuits against Obama.

If you really want to interview an expert on the other side of this issue, why don’t you interview Dr. Orly Taitz, who does not hold any of the extremist views that you and Ms. Walsh’s paint brush.

To take your own advice, you also need to be responsible for the views you espouse on national television.  MSNBC and THE SALON have so virtually become Obama Propaganda Mouthpieces, I can’t help but wonder why MSNBC has not also moved into the White House, like ABC?  

I am not going to call you names like you and Ms. Walsh did of a number of “birthers” on your TV interview, but am going to tell you both that you are both irresponsible in your journalism.  I am certain that Dr. Taitz would respond to your request for an interview…that is if you are really interested in balanced journalism and allowing your viewers to hear the other side of the story!

IRREFUTABLE PROOF OBAMA NOT ELIGIBLE:

Sir, even if you are an Obamanite, responsible journalism and being a teacher, you by conscience should at least require evidence.  The burden of proof is not on the American people to produce proof, it is on Obama himself.  You should know that too if you teach law and political science. Also see my letters below, particularly my letter to Professor Spiro.

Finally, I am one who supports Dr. Taitz, not because I hate the government, but because I love the truth.  I love the Constitution.  As Christian I believe in obey the laws of the land.  I pray that you do the same.

Since Orly is also a friend, I invite those who visit her website to write to you too.  I hope there are some of your students too reading her website.  Perhaps some of them will rightfully question you why you do not promote due diligence in securing proof of Obama’s eligibility.

Secondly, I know first hand that I am correct in opposing Obama on what you call a “made-up” for this very critical reason:

So I invite you to rethink what you said and apologize to Dr. Orly Taitz.  But don’t do anything so Draconian as to actually demand that Obama produce his birth certificate.  At the heart of this is issue is the citizenship of Barack Obama’s father.  Because he was born in Kenya, his allegiance was to the British thrown, so his son could NOT be a natural born citizen of the U.S., according to the U.S. Constitution, even if he were born in the White House.  I am shocked that you would teach political science at a university, and apparently not know that, or worse you are an intentional deceiver.  Imagine people registering to become an In-State Student at Fullerton but forge, invent, or withhold documents necessary to prove residence to get a break on In-State Tuition.  That is unless proving residence and/or where you were born is irrelevant?  End of argument.
