   Property Description: The 102 Morris Street Property has been used as a commercial facility since the late 1800s for a variety of businesses. The current two-story building includes seven units/retail bays – most of which are currently vacant.

   The 102 Morris Street Property consists of a one two-story building of approximately 12,770 square feet. This multi-tenant commercial building was constructed in the early 1990s and currently includes seven units/retail bays (102, 104, and 106 Morris Street and 101/103, 105, 107, and 109 East Chapel Hill Street). Four of the seven units/bays are currently vacant as well as the building’s second floor. The three leased units/bays are occupied by Scott Custom Tailors, Excelsior Barber Shop, and Crayons 2 Calculators, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supplying students with study materials.

   The site has been used for commercial activities since the late 1800s (the earliest records available). Early uses included a general store, private boarding, offices, residences, cobbler, and garage facilities. After construction of the current two-story building, the site was mostly used as retail stores, but also included a dance school, photo shop, restaurants, a grocery, a furniture repair shop, tailor shops, a barber shop, and business offices. Dry cleaning businesses, a potential source of contamination from solvents, also operated at the site in 1940s.

   The site is surrounded by other commercial buildings and currently zoned as DD-C (Downtown Design – Core) by the Durham City-County Planning Department.

   I verified Robert is correct. Get yourself a search warrant along with the timestamp of whatever they were doing and Measurement Inc is legally obligated to give you whatever they have to help you track down the person(s) responsible.

   I was unable to find any correlation between 64.246.215.5 and 102 Morris St (or 120 Morris St) in Durham, NC.
