Orly,
Though people mean well, they do not know how IP addresses work. You CANNOT trace it to a specific house. These Google IP locaters next to the IP lookup engines are not accurate. They even tell you so in the fine print. If you were to search for the IP on three different lookup engines, you will get three different “locations ” for the IP address from Google. ( this is the same IP address that has been sending you messages for months. If you remember, you posted other names to this address that do not match the current one ) The ONLY thing that is correct is the trace to the SERVER- in this case Verizon in Everett Washington. Anything beyond that is WRONG !!!! The only way you can get the actual user is by contacting Verizon with the IP AND the date and time the message was posted. I fear you may be opening yourself up to slander suits by publishing peoples names and addresses when the method of obtaining them is inaccurate. The chance that this is the person is VERY slim
