Dear Senator Bingaman:
Thank you for your speedyresponse to my letter of May 1, 2012, where I respectfully requested that afull-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into theallegations made, on March 1, 2012, by Sheriff Arapio’s legal investigativeteam, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance ofundisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnessesaround the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THEAMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundanceof additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’seligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.
In your letter you mademention that Article II of the Constitution requires the president to be a “naturalborn citizen,” which I totally agree withand that President Obama was born in Hawaii. You also provided me with thefollowing link to a Snopes website, which you stated was a non-partisanresearch website that contained background information on President Obama andhis birth:

Although I trulyappreciate you sharing the above website with me, I found that the informationcontained therein is irrelevant to the issue at hand because in my letter toyou of May 1, 2012, I respectfully requested that a full-scale investigation beconducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1,2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse.
Basically the Cold CasePosse’s approximately six-month investigation found that there was possiblefraud and forgery in President Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth (COLB). Inaddition to their findings on the online document presented by the White Houseon April 27, 2011, the Posse also addressed problems with Obama’s SelectiveService registration card.

Regarding PresidentObama’s constitutional eligibility to hold the Office of President, please be aware that Americans across the countryare waking up to the fact that President Obama is constitutionally ineligibleto hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.This fact was substantiated when the White House released his long-formCertificate of Live Birth (COLB) on April 27, 2011, which shows that his fatherwas in fact born in Kenya in 1936 and at that time Kenya was a British colony.Therefore Obama Senior was a British subject by birth, due to the fact that hewas born within British-controlled territory. When President Obama was born in1961, he acquired British nationality by descent, because his father was aBritish subject by birth. When Kenya gained its independence from Great Britainin 1963, President Obama became a citizen of the newly-formed nation.

Finally, as I’ve also mentioned in my letter to you ofMarch 17, 2012, there was a time when someone could perhaps justify sitting onthe fence on the matter of President Obama’s birth certificate, but with theresults of Sheriff Arpaio’s “Cold Case Posse,” an incredible claim has becomean incredible situation: a team of professional investigators, commissioned bya major law-enforcement agency, has determined that the alleged birthcertificate produced by the president of the United States is a probableforgery. That judgment is in, and the time for waiting is over.
Its understandable thatmost Americans don’t want conflict because they may fear a constitutionalcrisis, but, if President Obama is in fact peddling a forged document, it maysimply be another example of how we already are in a constitutional crisis. The only question now is whether we’re going to fight the fire or continue tofiddle while the Constitution burns.

Has Michelle Bachmann stopped being a natural born citizen since she has acquired Swiss citizenship through an act of Swiss law when her husband picked up Swiss citizenship? She has two loyalties, not at birth, but later in life.

Snopes got rather snippy with me when I debunked their explanation on Obama’s stolen CT Social Security number. They are experts at using strawman arguments to deceive simple-minded obsequious Obama stooges. I think I need to save a screen shot of Snopes arguments for historical purposes in order to show how willing accomplices helped prop up Obama.

Interesting point about Bachman, however she is not the president or even nominee nor is she lying about her birthplace or committing felonies to cover it up. If you catch her in a lie I would love to see that evidence! (hmmmm switzerland. I have to look into that).

I asked Snopes to update the page on Obama to include Sheriff Joe’s findings. They refused, stating that info had already been debunked! Huh? by whom? george soros? Snopes is owned by a highly liberal couple in CA.
At the same time I asked Snopes if the Fla democratic headquarters was really flying a flag with Obama on it. Within hours they responded that it had already been reported, and they were very proud!
Is Snopes admissible in a court of law? no. Anyone citing snopes just ask them that to shut them up. I have seen snopes cited by the LA times. so much for ethics in journalism. so much for ethics in government for that matter.
I got similar letters back from my letters requesting a congressional investigation. I am beginning to believe these congressmen are not as stupid or naive as I thought at first, but rather that they are THAT CORRUPT. I think they are playing CYA.
VOTE THEM ALL OUT. Term limits. Occupy Congress. This is nuts.

I believe the point about Bachmann is that the born with two citizen parent theory has some complications. That is, can other nations’ laws change one’s status. In other words, Bachmann had no choice.

LOL !!!!!!!!! What a freaking moron. He doesn’t even know what Snopes is. It is not a huge research organization with hundreds of employees checking facts and cross checking each others findings to come to a consensus as to whether something is an “internet rumor” or not. Snopes .com is a website run out of the home of 2 people- both self-confessed liberals. The husband does the web design. The wife is the “investigator”. She alone decides what is “true” or not. So this idiot of a Senator relies on Snopes “findings” rather than those of a law enforcement agency with professional investigators and document experts.
