                                      Declaration of Orly Taitz

  1. My name is Orly Taitz. I am over 18 years old, am of sound mind and free of any mental disease or psychological impairment of any kind or condition.
  2. I am a citizen of the United States of America and a resident of the state of California.
  3. I am an attorney and an officer of the court licensed in all courts of the state of California, Supreme Court of the United States, Federal District Court in the central District of the State of California and  have practiced pro hac vice in the states of Texas, Pennsylvania and Georgia.
  4. This declaration is made in response to the October 29th order in above captioned case.
  5. During the October 5 hearing in the above mentioned case Judge David O. Carter stated that I encouraged my supporters to call him.
  6. I declare under penalty of perjury that this is not true.
  7. During the hearing I tried to protest this defamatory allegation against me and asked to speak.  However, Judge Carter refused to let me speak and respond to this allegation.
  8. In the same order on page 29, Judge Carter has stated that he received letters with affidavits, claiming that I asked potential witnesses to perjure themselves.
  9. I declare that this is absolutely and categorically not true, and it constitutes an outrageous defamatory and slanderous accusation.   Those letters were ex parte communications, highly prejudicial against me and my clients and I had no opportunity to respond and deny those accusations.
  10. I believe that the court referred to the letters from Larry Sinclair and Lucas Smith. Both parties were contacted and asked to be witnesses during the motion hearing on September 8, 2009.

11.  I have asked Larry Sinclair to authenticate an affidavit he submitted to the Chicago police regarding the homicide of Mr. Donald Young. In fact, the statements to which Mr. Sinclair would testify are already a matter of public record.

  1. In the affidavit submitted to the Chicago Police and in his book, recently published, Mr. Sinclair stated that Mr. Donald Young contacted him repeatedly and told Mr. Sinclair that he had a lengthy homosexual relationship with Mr. Obama.
  2. The affidavit further said that Mr. Young was found dead, shot in the back of his head at the onset of the Democratic primaries for 2008 presidential election.
  3. Any allegation that I asked Mr. Sinclair to perjure himself is not only completely defamatory, but lacks any sense or reason, as Mr. Sinclair’s affidavit regarding Mr. Young’s homicide can be found filed with the Chicago police department and in his book, that can be purchased on the Internet. 

12.  I asked Mr. Lucas Smith to authenticate Kenyan birth certificate for Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, which he previously tried to sell to the highest bidder on E-bay. Again, any allegations that I asked Mr. Smith to perjure himself is absolutely not true, defamatory and ludicrous, as he made this information available to the public long before he ever met me.

13. As of now I am the only attorney with the courage, integrity and strength of character to not only bring forward information of Mr. Barack Obama not being eligible for the office of the presidency, but I am also to submit to court information from two licensed investigators, showing that Mr. Obama has used 39 different social security numbers according to national databases, including social security numbers of deceased individuals.

14.I am bringing forward evidence showing that Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, sitting president, is guilty of multiple felonies, for which he might need to spend the rest of his life in prison.

15. I believe, that I am being targeted in an effort to silence me, which involves targeting my law license in an attempt to try to prevent me from proceeding with legal actions on the above issues.           

I solemnly swear under penalty of perjury that all the facts stated and circumstances described above are true and correct statements.

    Hang in there girl, don’t give up, America needs you. We know the truth and they can’t hide it forever. When you finally get them to release what has been hidden for well over a year you will be famous beyond your wildest dreams. While this fame and fortune is not your motivation it will be a just reward for your diligence and hard work. Ever think about running for office? You can never be President but you would make a fine Senator.

    Dr. Taitz, excellent decision!!! I would file a complaint against Carter. I would report Land to every authority I could.

    Is it possible that Carter is referring to info that supporters provided and blaming you for that? I don’t know how he could win that accusation. It is the poster who is responsible for their post, not you.

    Obama and his administration need out. Lets not forget about the economy. He blames it on Bush, well lets not forget that Bush was being run by Obamas congress two years before Obama took the helm….The economy is Obamas problem and he can not blame it on Bush…. I hope every real American gets the trash out of congress because their representatives are selling them down the river.

    Certainly no one is perfect in their endeavors but it still boils down to one question “If Obama
    is righteous,why does he keep hiding things that are not required to be hidden ?” Anyone with half a brain should be able to see through this.

    Dear Orly:…there is a Judge Moore in either Alabama or Georgia, that is a Christian and was unseated by anti-Christian people. He’s supposed to be running for something?? But someone should get in touch with him, to see if he would handle the Eligibility case and see where this goes?

    All you need is some DISCOVERY, right? And as Neuanshwander said:…then, the trial is moot! Cause once you get that discovery…that will pretty much be the ball game! Then, you’ll have him! But these treasonous S.O.B.’s in Congress are to blame…especially Nancy P! She signed off on his eligibility, without checking anything! She’s a land mine for the
    (D)’s!

    Obviously someone got to Carter…if you could obtain his cell phone, phone, email communications and office appointment log…it would probably be telling. He was probably threatened with everything under the sun.

    Still were he the staunch Marine that was being suggested in the media, I would have thought he would have stood up to anything to preserve his honor. Not so.

    Even the conservative talk radio appears to be mostly shunning this issue. Why? What are they afraid of.

    Does Obama have his Gestapo established already?

    People dont seem to realize all the things Obama is trying to do through the UN, and with executive orders and laws he is sponsoring to circumvent the Constitution. He is truly evolving before our eyes into a monster.

    If he doesnt end up getting his way on healthcare, cap & trade, etc…..is he capable of initiating extreme false flag events to put America into martial where he can do what he wants.

    What also amazes me is how many Republicans appear to be complicit in the coverup of eligibility. Why are all these allegedly trusted leaders conspiring to undermine the Constitution?

    Orly –

    The next presidential election is coming up soon. A case should be filed forcing the court to give a clear definition of “natural born citizen”. The court should determine what documentation is required, who is responsible for verifying the documentation, who has the standing to challenge and how a challenge is to be made.

    Idea – Have Ambassador Keyes sue the Republican Credentials Committee in California for failing to verify John McCain’s eligibility. Define the requirements for NBC as having two parents that are natural born or naturalized citizens with no dual citizenships. The candidate must be born in the in the United States or territories. McCain was born in Panama Canal Zone and is not qualified to be President.

    Ambassador Keyes can claim his primary candidacy was damaged because his position in the race would have been better if McCain was not unlawfully included in the primary. List the damages as the amount Keyes spent in the California on the primary.

    The case law defining “natural born citizen” is sketchy. Whatever the outcome, someone else will challenge it and the case will be referred to a higher court.

    Did it occur to the Judge that citizens wrote to him for some of the following reasons:
    They love their country.
    They are concerned about their Constitituion.
    They are concerned about Obama’s criminal past.
    They are exercising their right of free speech.
    In the past they had taken an oath to support and defend the Constitituion from all enemies foreign and domestic.
    Attempting to blame you the lawyer of record who is working diligently on behalf of her clients is beyond LAME.

    “Why can’t Orly re-file the case with Judge Carter and only ask the Alan Keyes be given a token monetary award like $1 or some other nominal figure?

    The Judge seemed to think that Keyes had standing but the he could not give them what they were asking for (removing Obama from the presidency)if they were proven correct about their claims.

    They only need the information. The outcome of that information would take care of itself.”
