Dr. Taitz:

I am a Colorado-licensed attorney who was just devastated when I heard the news this week about Judge Carter’s grant of the DOJ’s Mtn to Dismiss the Keyes case.

I have a question about what you and your investigators were able to obtain through subpoenas during the 6-7 weeks between the early September appearance and the dismissal of the case this week. I have listened to your interviews on the Peter Boyles radio show on AM630KHOW between 5:00am and 9:00aam MST weekdays, but I have not heard you for several weeks.

With regard to the 39 Social Security numbers and the 140 addresses used by the putative president and his wife, will law enforcement (FBI, ICE) possibly tread where Judge David Carter obviously was not courageous enough to go?

By the way, I have checked out the four (4) Denver addresses used by Obama, and three of them are street names that do not exist, and arguably never have: one on “Multiple Street”; two on “Transfer Street”; all in the 80207 zip code in Denver, CO. The fourth one, on North Olive Street, actually is a Denver street, but I have yet to drive up there to see whether the house number actually exists and who lives there. I will do that, and I will speak to the person who resides there to find out how long they have been there, etc.

I am just heartsick that Judge David Carter, who appeared to have the strength and honesty NOT to let this matter drop, has dropped the ball. He vowed that he wanted to hear the case on the merits, but he displayed dishonesty and dropped the ball.

Have you read the recent news item regarding an associate from the law firm to which Obama has paid $1.7M since his inauguration, who recently became employed IN JUDGE CARTER’S DIVISION? How can Judge Carter’s recent dismissal of the Keyes case be valid if the Judge should have recused himself due to his hiring of an attorney from Team Obama?

What can be done about the fact that Obama was represented in this matter by DOJ attorneys at taxpayers’ expense? (President Clinton spent his OWN money for representation in the Lewinsky matter and to defend against Paula Jones and others. That is precisely why the Clintons were in debt and had to earn money from autobiographies and speaking engagements to pay off that debt after they left the White House in January, 2001.)

    Dr. Taitz, she said, “I am a Colorado-licensed attorney “, therefore she should be listed in Colorado.

    Dr. Orly – I was wrong. Licensing is done by the Supreme Court in Colorado, not the Bar. So, she is licensed. However, she was disciplined in 1998 for entering into an unpermitted business deal with a client.

    Sorry for the misinformation.

    Not all Colorado attorneys are registered with the CBA.

    Whether the lawyer is real or unreal Orly, I have worried that you show your next move on your site for all to see. I mean, it’s like a warning to the other side what you are looking into next, and they know what to hide or cover up (or expunge) from the internet or records before you can find it. It’s like someone throwing a roundhouse punch. The opponent sees it coming and counteracts with a quick jab to the nose (or wherever) before the roundhouse punch ever makes a connection to its target. Maybe that’s a bad example, but I just feel that you are advertising to the other side what you are doing next and giving them plenty of opportunity to get rid of evidence. Is there some way you could reach your trusted site members through email or some other private way to help you do the research part? You could still put into your site different letters and articles to keep it interesting for readers, and maybe give the results of your research AFTER you have gotten what you were looking for. It’s just a thought. You have to know that the Obots are reading in here everyday too. That’s why they are constantly attacking your site.

    Response to IMPACTED’s post about how I am not a licensed attorney, because he/she allegedly could not find me listed. Wait until tomorrow and phone the State Supreme Court…. better yet, check tonight on the Colo. Attorney Registration website. In the future, please check your facts, IMPACTED, before you spread false rumors about me. Remember that the focus here is Barack Obama, and it is not to waste time trying to attack each other!

    I agree with thistle. Even if the opposition already knows about your phone conversations and your moves one way or another, Orly, at least if you don’t post every one of your intended moves on here, they’ll have to take the time and effort to dig for that information.

    There is nothing to dig, the moment the action is filed, it is public knowledge. In Fed court you need to give the other side 60 days to respond. During these 60 days even decent judges make a 180 degree turn. There were over 100 law suits filed against Obama. Mine are the only ones that had any hearings. None were heard on the merits. All of these judges believed that not one citizen have standing. The citizens only have standing to pay taxes and enrich the governmental combine, but not to question the fraud in the White House. Does the word slaves ring a bell? US citizens are reduced to modern day slaves.

    Mrs. Foreman sounds like a nice person. I hope she can help you file more lawsuits. I still think you should sue Judge Carter and Judge Land for the hobbible lies they said about you.
