Dear Judge Carter:

 

Pulling no punches.  You have sold your soul to the Devil and our country to the Communist-Marxist regime of Barrack Hussein Obama, II.  Because of your cowardice in the face of the enemy, millions more babies will die because of Obama’s support of increased availability of abortions for any reason at any stage of development.  Because of your cowardice, countless numbers of senior American citizens will die due to the health care bill that will deny them medical care and refer them to death panels.  Because of your cowardice, Obama will now be emboldened to continue toward his goal of becoming the first dictator of America , No Longer the Beautiful.

 

You have failed miserably to honor your oath to protect the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC.  You are not a Marine.  You abandoned your Code of Conduct.  You are a disgrace to the great name, MARINE!  You have enlisted in the army of Obama.

 

May your cowardly actions haunt you when you awaken in the morning and look yourself in the mirror.  May your wife and family be ashamed of you.  May you remember your cowardly actions and false statements when you see a baby and think of the millions who will be murdered by abortionists while “we the people” pay for it.  Their blood is on your hands.  You will remember that every time you wash your hands but can’t wash their blood away. May you remember your cowardly actions when you see senior citizens, knowing that you have contributed to and opened the door to them being denied medical care under Obamacare.  May you remember and be plagued and troubled in your heart every time you see the flag of the United States that you have deserted and dishonored.  May you remember every time you see a soldier in uniform.

 

You are not a man; you are a worm.  You caved in under pressure.  You failed your troops.  You let your men down.  You have to live with your dishonesty and cowardice.  The Lord will judge you harshly for what you have done.  There is a judgment day coming for you that you should be terrified of.  When you stand before the Judge of All Men, you will have no plea bargain, no extenuating circumstances and no witnesses on your behalf.  You are guilty of treason against the Constitution, the United States of America and the People.  You are a co-conspirator of the worst sort – a coward.  May the caring, patriotic citizens of America spit in your face.

 

But – God is merciful, willing that no one should perish, but that all should repent and be saved from their sins and the judgment to come.  If you will truly repent of your sins – as I have done – and accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, you will be saved and forgiven, by me and all true believers.  What I said is harsh and was meant to be to cause you to reflect on your actions.  I have no hero’s bench to crowd; retired Army and a sinner to the max, Jesus got hold of my heart February 13, 1993 and saved me.  I am now a new creation of God.  He changed my heart and changed my life.  He wants to do that for you too, if you will admit you are a sinner and call to God through His Son, Jesus Christ, for mercy and forgiveness.  Do it today.  Then call Orly Taitz.

    CARTER IN A NUTSHELL: Expanded Orly Taitz default judgment case against CANDIDATE Obama for fraud into a Presidential Removal case against PRESIDENT Obama (promising a trial), but then ruled the Court lacks said Presidential Removal authority, not only dismissing the Judge-expanded Presidential Removal case (reneging on the trial), but throwing out Orly’s Candidate fraud case as well — all this on a red herring that Orly’s case was filed 1/20/09 after Obama was sworn in on 1/20/09 despite Obama was sworn in on 1/21/09 and despite the Orly-alleged fraud was committed by Candidate Obama prior to becoming President and for which there is no Presidential immunity in any case. Thus Judge Carter set up and knocked down his own straw man, and misstated fact and law to bury Orly’s actual case. Pretty nifty!!!

    Maybe it is time to look into the Independent Counsel Act.

    According to Ken Starr back a bit with the Clinton situation, the president was NOT immune to civil suit. And Clinton was the first president to be criminally indicted before a federal grand jury. There was a precise perjury charge. In Obama’s instance there is willful withholding of evidence pertinent to his eligibility and numerous charges of forgery, mis representation, you name–surely enough to constitute PROBABLE cause for a civil action brought by an independnet prosecutor

    With Obama you have at least perjury and obstruction of Jusice. What is needed here and should be demanded is an independent prosecutor to be appointed to investigate all that you wanted submitted as Discovery in these refractory federal courts- ( standing and jurisdiction my arse!!) Governmnet feathers its own nest not the citizens)

    The problem? Will Holder accede to pressure to appoint an INDEPENDENT Prosecutor–and finally they have the powers to with draw his mandate as it pleases them–meaning holder and company.

    If you want results–and you did err on the pre publicity pressure tactic against carter- then focus on this avenue of approach–with high pressure and societal compression squeezing Holder or have him step down like that other black appointed czar commie.

    David…Your letter to judge Carter is such an eloquent rebuke of his failure not only as an honored judge and patriot but also as a human being, that I am humbled just by reading it. Every American, every human being should read your words. Anyone with a sense of honor, humanity and mortality will be led to reexamine his/her relation with the Lord. I sincerely hope your words will lead Judge Carter to reexamine his desertion of duty, his cowardice in the face of the enemy, his betrayal of the US Constitution and his homeland, and repent.

    Your sentiments apply to everyone complicit in the greatest crime in our nation’s history. For starters, ALL 535 members of Congress, who remained silent and raised no objection when the Electoral votes were counted Jan. 8, SCOTUS, the DNC and RNC, Secretaries of State, Attorneys General, federal judges.

    As for the millions of ignoramuses who voted for O-commie, let’s hope they wake up from their stupor before it’s too late.
