I will never watch the factor again, I hate misinformed blantant misrepresentation of the facts. Sorry the no spin zone just became what it preached agianst.

    Please make sure you are taking care of yuorself and getting rest. I worry about your health with all this stress you have with the usurper I think you have aged 10 years in the last several months.

    Can you sue him for ruinung your self and looks. I wake up at night worring about you.

    On O’reilly, his commentator Liz Weile (who is supposed to be a Lawyer)stated that there was a Constitutional question as to his eligiblility (which is correct) then went on to state that it was as to his place of Birth which had already been established and his birth certificate had already been produced, so that the Judge was correct in imposing the fine for the frivolous lawsuit.
    It is amazing that this misinformation is so well established that even on Fox they have stated Obamas casee for him.

    It’s not whether of not Obama was born in the USA, but rather that his Father was not a US citizen at the time of Obama’s birth, thus making Obama only a US citizen and not a Natural Born citizen, thereby disqualifying him eligible to be POTUS per Article II of the US Constitution.

    How could something so simple and critically important spin past you! Rupert running interference for you?

    I stopped watching Bill O’Reilly some months ago after hearing him state that his researchers looked into the birther issue and that there was nothing to the claims, and that Obama’s birth certificate was legit. I was disgusted and angered by his comments and ironically it seemed that he was somewhat ashamed when he said it (as if he knew he was lying to his listeners). Then, as I was working out in the the garage, my wife came and got me. She had been surfing channels and heard that the “Is it Legal” segment was going to discuss the fine given to Orly. I listened. One commentator, Lis Weil, an attorney, again stated that there was nothing to the birther claims and that Obama had proven his birth status with the posted birth certificate. O’Reilly agreed. Either Bill O’Reilly (and members of his panel) is a complete moron, or his reseachers are. Or, he is purposely denying the truth for whatever reason.

    What is it going to take to get Fox News to look at the evidence in this case??? When will O’Reilly understand that a COLB is far different than a long form birth certificate? There is a mountain of evidence against Barak Obama, not to mention that Obama isn’t a natural born citizen to begin with because of his father. O’Reilly and his commentators are smart people. Can they honestly say that they don’t get that concept of the Constitution? EVEN IF HE WAS BORN IN THE U.S., HE STILL DOESN’T MEET THE CONSTITUTION’S CRITERIA!!!!

    I would encourage everyone reading this to email Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck, and anyone else on Fox News, and present facts and demand that they stop being cowards and do the right thing. I’ve emailed both O’Reilly and Beck. No responses yet, and I don’t really expect any. I was encouraged a little when I heard Beck’s producer\reporter during Orly’s post hearing interview this month telling people that Glenn Beck was aware of the issue. But I’m still not sure what he plans to do about that. Will he wait until the trial to say something?

    I’m sure there are hundreds of thousands of people reading from Orly’s website. Please, send emails to Fox News. Get them to listen and say something. We need support and the more we get the better the chance that this case will go to trial and the truth will finially be proven. Would O’Reilly ask Orly to be a guest on his show? It seems that Fox News is steering clear of this topic. Why?

    The “No Spin Zone” has always been Bill O’s Spin Zone. He is the only one allowed to “spin” on his own zone, but after all, it is his…it should have been titled “My Spin Zone”.

    Like Bill O’Reilly, many shallow-minded Americans are so intimidated by black power that they would prefer to trash the Constitution rather than to displease Oprah. They fear that black anger would result in violence if Obuma were to be forced from office, so to keep the peace they counsel silence about Obuma’s ineligibility and consequent unlawful tenure. Incredibly, they think such cowardice is in the nation’s best interest.

    But would American blacks really want to riot for a half-white, British-born fraud who is not even an African-American as advertised? Obuma’s father was pure Kenyan and was never an American citizen. Obuma himself was born a British subject/citizen and may still owe allegiance to Queen Elizabeth. Moreover, Obuma shares nothing of the African-American heritage; not one drop of African-American blood runs in his veins.

    If reason prevails when Obama resigns or is disqualified or impeached, black Americans will realize that their allegiance is not to half-African blood but to their own nation’s Constitution, under which they hold equal protection and enjoy all the benefits of a free society.

    I stopped watching him many months ago. I can’t stand him. He looks out for the folks by aiding a sociopathic liar Obama. He is willing to give this guy who lies as easily as most people breathe more of a benefit of the doubt than his fellow citizens. I emailed him last night, after my husband told me about this. I told him, I will be looking forward to his and others humiliation, when Obama is exposed for the fraud we know he is. O’Reilly thinks he’s the most intelligent person on the face of the earth, but if that was the case, he wouldn’t be taken by a con man named Obama.

    O’Reilly, don’t look now, but your “double agent” persona is showing, even more than when you tried to convince us Obama was a worthy candidate. You’re forgetting that the high end of your viewers is just that – the high end, people who do not ask for transparency since their night vision is always turned on. You should be aware that Dr Orly Taitz has the largest web site in the WORLD with respect to number of hits.

    “… the judge says, ‘You’re nuts’ and fined her.” You will regret those 8 words until your dying day.

    This message, my phony man, will be one of a barrage pouring in from all compass points. FOX would improve their ratings by replacing you with Beck on that 8 o’clock spot.

    Nancy Grace, with all her hang-ups, is a breath of fresh air for me.
