The Secretary of State of MS and the Dem party filed a motion for the stay of my discovery, they want to silence all witnesses immediately. Judge Wingate and the magistrate from what I understand are African American, probably sympathetic to Obama. I am afraid they will halt all of my discovery. I am really exhausted from all of this.

Dear Judge Anderson,

 

I represent the Defendant Mississippi Secretary of State in the referenced action.  The Secretary of State and defendant Mississippi Democratic Party have recently filed separate dispositive motions which raise jurisdictional grounds for dismissal of the action.  [See Docket Nos. 8 and 15]  Accordingly, please find attached a proposed order implementing a stay pursuant to Local Rule 16(b)(3) for the Court’s consideration.  If the Court needs anything further from the Secretary of State regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    How do we contact the Sec of State? He should be recalled from office. This is disgusting. Obama is NOT eligible to run because he is NOT a US citizen. He presented a fake BC and SS#. He’s a fraud.

    Orly, you need to remove this post or edit it. When you post that any judge or official who is not Caucasian (or might be a religion you don’t like) is automatically against you, don’t you see how you damage the movement?

    You are playing into the opposition’s hands here.

    Wasn’t the request for a stay filed in the federal court? If your case is in state court, I’m not sure how this filing or the judges you list are even in play as they are all in federal court, right?

    Uh oh. This is not good. You need to demand that these judges recuse themselves immediately due to bias.
