Update, called the Supreme Court of MS, no ruling yet

I just called the Supreme Court of MS at 601-359-3694 , talked to a clerk by name Wendy, she stated that she does not provide her last name, but there is only one Wendy there. I asked for a status of my case 2012-AP-260. She stated that the Supreme Court did not rule on my case yet. She could not tell, when will they rule.

    Can they rule that the case must be remanded from the federal court?
