    Apparently we are not a government “of the people, by the people and for the people”, but a government of corrupt power seekers.

    Can someone in the know explain this filing to me. Can 1 judge tell another that the judge is going to grant dismissal and close a case.
    I’m not a judge, but if someone came into my court and tried to take it over and tell me how to rule it would mean war.

    Stare decisis at its best, or, as I read it, a legislating agenda from the bench. Furthermore, it seems the federal legislature has adopted a similar posture towards legislation, the Constitution be damned.

    Of course, Judge Carter should also be informed that Kerchner will be appealed … and outline the basis for the appeal.

    MR. PRESIDENT,
    ARE YOU AN AMERICAN HERO
    OR A MARTYR?

    This is the question that the American people need to ask of their President. Why haven’t “We the People” of America asked our President this question directly? Why haven’t “We the People” asked these questions of you? Mr. President, you are a constitutional scholar, you are our leader and you know the answer to this question. Mr. President, are you a champion of our American constitution?

    Mr. President, under the Constitution, do “We the People” have the right to question a President’s eligibility and how his authority is derived? Do “We the People” have standing under the Constitution, should we? Mr. President “why is the Department of Justice defending you”, why won’t the courts allow this question? Mr. President, has there been a coup, has our government been compromised, have you been compromised?

    Mr. President, why are you not standing up from the pulpit and saying to the American people that they have a right to know that their President is legal, eligible, above board and has the authority of the people, why have you not said that the people have the right to ask these questions of their leaders? Mr. President, do you champion the Constitution? Do you champion the American people? Are you an American hero?

    Mr. President you have nothing to hide, you champion transparency so you said. Why aren’t you personally championing the cause and demanding that the American people be allowed to ask the question? Why aren’t you championing “the Birthers”, “the Dualers” and the “Constitutionalists”? Why are you not demanding that “We the People” be heard? Mr. President, why are you allowing ridicule and division to continue? Mr. President, why are you not defending “We the People’s” right to know?

    Mr. President, people have likened you to J.F.K. and M.L.K., both of these men were ultimately assassinated, America changed. Mr. President is martyrdom your goal? Is martyrdom the goal of your handlers, the shadow government and the powers that be?
    Mr. President, are you being set up, have you been set up, is America in trouble, has it been taken over? Mr. President, should “We the People” be leery of the next person to occupy the oval office? Mr. President what if that person is brought into office on a wave of American sympathy through martyrdom?

    Mr. President, what should “We the People” do?
    Mr. President, you are arguably the most powerful man in the world, are you seeking martyrdom? “We the People” have a right to know! Mr. President should “We the People” stand down or should “We the People” give you the martyrdom that you appear to be seeking? Mr. President, are you an American Hero?

    We the People, ask your President!

    Well, JR, I won’t ask the “president” anything, because right now, we have no president (legally, anyway).
    As for Obama being a “consitutional lawyer”, I believe this: he is a constitutional lawyer, not for the purpose of being a “constitutional watchdog” who desires to watch out for “We The People”, but instead, he studies the U.S. Constitution for the purpose of learning how to (legally or otherwise) subvert it.
