   According to the DOJ Attorneys: The President is above the Law and the Courts!

   The DOJ attorneys told the Judge that no Court in the United States had the right to rule on whether Barack Hussein Obama was eligible to serve as President of the United States! In their view, he could only be impeached and/or disqualified from the Office of President under the 25th Amendment to the U. S. Constitution.

   THIS IS NOT TRUE! As Orly Taitz along with USJF pointed out to the Court, both in our pleadings and in our oral presentation at the hearing, both the impeachment statutes, and the 25th Amendment require a sitting President. However, if Mr. Obama is not eligible to serve as President, he could not be, and never was, a sitting President, so those options for removal could not apply. Therefore the courts would have jurisdiction.

   Maryland law requires that only the person named, a parent or guardian, or legal representative can obtain a birth or death record. I find it odd that this child was born on Halloween and died on Christmas Day.

   I trying to find the birth certificate for this child. I am wondering why a two month child would have a SS number?

   If a real s.s. number shouldn’t it show up on the Social Security Death Index? Or is it different for children?

   the name shows up as Renee L. Abena Obama 2004

   the name Abena Obama shows up in social security records when typed in as Abena Obama
