    That is because it was removed to Federal Court and no, your demand that it be remanded back to the State Court is not, in and of itself, sufficient to remand.

    Also, if you are going to tell me I am stupid and don’t understand the applicable, let’s see who is right and who is wrong once the Federal Court rules.

    are you telling me that the Supreme court of the state has no right to rule?
