Hi Orly
I went to court today and lost the case, but I made Citibank send someone 2000 miles from Florida to court here in Santa Ana. I got my negative credit rating removed from credit reporting companies, and the debt was wiped out. It cost them $10,000 – I spent $80. This was a good deal for me, so I feel that I lost the skirmish but won the war. Just imagine that if 10,000 people did the same thing, using the birth certificate as an issue to go to court. They would have to listen then, wouldn’t they? Or the system could not handle the stress.
