Need your help in Trackee CA TH evening

There are 2 events going on simultaneously: one in San Mateo and another in Trackee-Lake Tahoe area. In San Mateo they do not allow representatives to speak, only candidates. Trackee is around the same time, 7pm this Thursday and it is 3 hours away from San Mateo. Can someone be at the Trackee-Lake Tahoe meeting?
