*HOT – Siddharth Velamoor – college resume & relationship with Perkins Coie *

Orly,

Now WHY would Siddharth Velamoor — who just was hired as a clerk for Judge Carter in October and
is coincidentally a partner with Perkins Coie LLP (general counsel for Obama & the DNC) — show attendance at different colleges?
First, is the judge even aware of this relationship with Perkins Coie? He may not …

Second, I suspect there are inconsistencies with Velamoor’s resume when he applied with Judge Carter for this one-year term:

https://pview.findlaw.com/view/4073288_1?channel=CCC
Education:
Comenius University School of Law, Bratislava, Slovakia, 2008, J.D. Honors: Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar
London School of Economics and Political Science, 2005 M.Sc.
Dartmouth College, 2004, A.B.

-VS-

https://www.martindale.com/Siddharth-Velamoor/33735949-lawyer.htm
Education:
Columbia University, J.D.
Dartmouth College, A.B.
It appears Velamoor may have been a Foreign Exchange Student either from or through Columbia — Obama’s alma mater. Did he report this to the Judge on his resume?

Additionally…
Some researchers believe that Obama was in a Foreign Exchange Program at Columbia — which explains why Obama is restricting access to his college records, and why few remember him at Columbia University …

Hmmm…

BTW, changing Wiki Page:
OLD: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=David_O._Carter&direction=prev&oldid=320420753 (Sept 19, 2009)
CURRENT: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:David_O._Carter (Oct 17, 2009)

Dubious reason for change:  Law clerk is under attack

Seeing this: [1] I have decided to delete the entire chapter. There are dangerous people up there, with guns. We do not want any people threatened or killed. Please discuss if you think otherwise.—Paul Pieniezny (talk) 16:15, 17 October 2009 (UTC)

Answer

I don’t know id anyone reported this to judge Carter. Can someone check if there are multiple addresses and SS numbers for this person as well.

And to those like Leo Donofrio (whom I greatly admire for more than “slam dunk” establishing that “natural born citizen” requires both citizen parents) I would respecfully dissent from Leo’s opinion that Judge Carter (at pp 43-44 of Oct 5 transcripts) tips his hand against Orly. To the contrary, Judge Carter is saying geography is not important where parents are citizens, hence, McCain (per Judge Carter at least) IS POTUS eligible, as distinguished from Obama where “natural born citizen” definition (two citizen parents; no dual loyalty) TRUMPS geography.

It seems the handwriting could be (we hope) on the wall as Judge Carter has found a way to (1) keep jurisdiction without quo warranto simply on a tortious fraud case by Keyes for damages, (2) avoid the constitutional crisis of ousting Obama (Congress will do that after Obama is found to have civilly defrauded Keyes, maybe with or withour RICO or conspiracy), and (3) with no need to address the McCain-Panama issue.

I’m sorry….I had to laugh at the part about “Law Clerk Under Attack” because it was too funny. As far as I know, there hasn’t been a single person threatened, killed or unlawfully locked up by any of us so called, ‘crazy birthers.’ That appears to be the expertise of those on the “other” side, not ours. If these people weren’t so pitiful in their attempts to throw blame and suspicions off of themselves, it would be hilarious.

I’m going to hazzard a guess and say that our Marine Judge is innocent of knowing who this character clerk is. I hope someone made hard copies of this article because this internet info is likely to be scrubbed soon.

    This is plain silly.

First, Siddharth graduated from law school at the earliest 2007. Which means there is no way he is PARTNER at Perkins — at most he is an ASSOCIATE.

2nd the school in Solvakia is obviously a mistake — he couldn’t have graduated from there. He was admitted to the Bar in Washington in 2008. Unlike CA to take the bar in WA you must graduate from an ABA accredited school. Most ABA accredited law schools are 3 years.

Third his area listed at both sites is Product Liability — which would have nothing to do with any Obama case.

Fourth, at best he is a second year attorney at the Seattle office. There is no reason why a partner in the Chicago office would reach out to the Seattle office for a lawyer in the Product Liability division to help with DNC/Obama representation.

Fifth, we know the Slovakia law school is a data error as it lists him being Harlan Fiske Stone scholar. That is an award given by Columbia Law School to a student who excels during the year — only credits obtained at Columbia qualify and the student must complete the entire year at Columbia. Obviously someone doing so well would not then go to Slovakia to get a degree in Law which WOULD NOT ENABLE THEM TO TAKE THE BAR IN THE US.

Sixth, this weird game of searching publicly available web sites for someone’s name and SSN and concluding it is meaningful without further investigation is just plain shoddy diligence. First, believe it or not, names are not uniquely given. Second, the data entered is not guaranteed to be correct. Third, lots of people, including myself given a bogus number (and tell the provider it’s bogus) when asked for a SSN unless there is a VALID reason why the provider needs a SSN. The fact that many providers use SSNs not because they need it but because they find it convenient to use as an acct number doesn’t mean they are entitled to it. I for one don’t give out any personal information unless it is required (i.e., bank, school, applying for loan).

Instead of looking for a conspiracy everywhere maybe you should do some due diligence and get facts. Searching the web is not equivalent to fact finding. Assuming everything you find is valid is not equivalent to fact finding.

Saying maybe, I think, it could be, what if, is not equivalent to facts.

    Leave this poor man alone.

Im not knowledgable with atty stuff but is there not some way… a conflict of interest if Carter hired someone aquainted with No-blah-ma’s atty team? Just like Judge Roberts meeting with no-blah-ma behind closed doors before the hearing in January 09?

Looks like a back door escape route to me. Things get to hot in Judge Carters office he disqualifies himself. ‘Conflict of Interest’ and the case is turned over to a more Obamanation friendly court. But hey, I’m only seeing a worst case scenario. Not beyond the realm of possibility however.
