(Oct. 17, 2009) In a stunning blow to the impartiality of the American Judicial system, Federal Judge David O. Carter, who is hearing the case Barnett vs. Obama, has just hired a lawyer who works for a law firm where Robert F. Bauer, one of Obama’s top lawyers is a partner. And that, just days before the Oct. 5, 2009 hearing on the Motion to Dismiss, in which his demeanor radically changed, according to Dr. Orly Taitz, esq., lead counsel for the Plaintiffs.
Siddharth Velamoor is the lawyer chosen by Carter to serve as one of his two official clerks, from Oct. 1, 2009, till Sept. 30, 2010, according to Wikipedia. Velamoor is listed as an associate with Perkins Coie, LL’s office in Seattle, Washington.
Robert F. Bauer, is a partner of Perkins Coie, LLP’s office in Washington, D.C.. His bio at the company identifies him as holding the Chair of the Political Law group at the firm; general counsel to Obama’s Campaign for America and general counsel to the Democratic National Committee.
Since Siddharth Velamoor could ostensibly loose his job or be blacklisted by Perkins Coie, if the case did not go Obama’s way; his presence in Judge Carter’s chambers clearly impugns the integrity of the court, and will be the cause of dismay among the general public.

It is time to understand that Obama is, and long has been, an Islamo-communist mole, whose major definite goal in life is to bring Islamism to worldwide dominance over the dead body of America. This is to be accomplished by bringing us so close to Stalinism that we can’t function as a light to the world for Democracy, which will allow the murderous Islamics to terrorize the world into acquiescence and compliance.
He is the perfect “Boy From Brazil”… deserted by his mother; deserted by his father, whom he couldn’t have been sure really was his father; mentored by Frank Davis, a sexual deviant (who possibly introduced Obama to that life) and political extremist so off the charts toward communism that the NAACP kicked him out; hated by his grandparents, who raised him. Obama is a psychological mess. And the gullible of our country put him in the Oval Office without doubting, asking or checking.

This isn’t at all surprising when you think about it. It’s understandable that this devious administration will do anything to protect their evil plans for this country. In view of Lord Monckton revelations, they don’t have much longer to wait to finalize the Fall of America. Just weeks. Those of us who are honest at heart and don’t have evil minds, or a desire to control others, find this all rather disgusting. Now the question is….how do we combat it? I don’t know anything about law. Can Orly confront the judge with her evidence of this Obama plant? IF the judge waits for trial in January, it will be too late anyway, if Lord Monckton is correct about the December date, won’t it? Sorry to sound so negative…I’m just extremely frustrated and angry because the tentacles of corruption seem to spread so far and deep. It must have been worked on, in the background, for years to have gotten so advanced without good people seeing it coming. God bless all of you who are standing firm for the truth and taking the arrows for the rest of us!!!

Orly, the time is drawing near. We have been duped by the powers that be. This is very difficult to accept (and comprehend) by honest, freedom-loving Americans. This plan has been in the works for decades. We are truly fighting a battle that is nothing like anything Americans have seen in their lifetime. We must turn to our Creator, our higher power, and pray for strength, patience and wisdom, for we are going to need it.

Susanna, John Carlton has a blog here and the article he wrote referenced above is here. It also appears that the hires were done a long time ago here so I don’t think the implication of this story is warranted.

Please, Orly and everyone else, do not assume anything about Judge Carter. No one knows why this happened and no one knows if it will have any effect on Orly’s case. Please regard this as ordinary information until Judge Carter either notifies Orly of additional information or declares something at the next court hearing.
If the Judge hears of this prejudging him or his court and all the hearsay it has created, he may take action that otherwise would have never been considered.
Please, Let’s disregard it and wait and see. False accusations are the worst thing we can be doing now; what will we gain from it? Sit tight.

I feel if Dr. Orly Taitz, gets through to Judge Carter after this revelation it will be a miracle. As hard as she works, it is as though some demon continues to put nails and blocks in her quest for freedom road. The demon doing this is Obama and his secret administraion of Czars, a bunch of illegal and secretive people who I feel he has close to him to create havoc so he can speed ahead in destroying democracy for Sharia Law.

Of course the judge should be informed of this conflict of interest of his clerk.
Is it possible that it might be smarter though to challenge Judge Carter himself AFTER he is given what information he may be unaware of?

And, one more thing….
Some month’s back, WND reported that Henry Kissinger was saying that “Obama set to create New World Order!”. Also, Kissinger has stated that Obama is being primed to HEAD the NWO! So, if this happens, will Obama give up the Presidency to head the NWO? Or will the Presidency be part of the NWO?
