How much criminal activity do they need to cover up, for them to attack me so viciously

I am now at the airport on my way back to OC. I will be doing Bob Enyard radio show in Denver 70AM, kgov.com during my short stop in CO . I will land in Denver at 1 PM and the show starts at 1:15. I will provide info later in re to the interview I’ve given to Katrina Andersen from Swedish Channel 4 TV and Norwegian reporter Kjesto Flaa. I recorded Steve Malzberg show yesterday, I believe it ran already and available on archives. I gave the inteview to the WND and NWS, pictures were taken and will be on the cover of the next NWS edition.
In regards to Judge Clay Land, his outrageous decision to sanction me $20,000 for repeatedly bringing eligibility issue, shows how far this regime will go to harass and intimidate attorneys who dare to question Obama’s legitimacy.
Anybody with half a brain in his head understands that if judge Land really believed that my law suits were frivolous, the easiest way to prove it, would be to order discovery. If Obama is legitimate, he would’ve shown proof of legitimacy. The fact that this judge decided to try to intimidate me with $20,000 of sanctions instead of ordering Obama to spend $10 on a copy of his hospital birth certificate and a hospital birthing file, shows how corrupt this regime is, how many in federal judiciary are aiding and abetting this massive fraud perpetrated on each and every member of US military and each and every citizen of this country. That is a sign of a dictatorial regime, of tyranny.

Will this act by Judge Land have any impact on the case before Judge Carter?

This Judge Land seems irrational. Anybody know anything about him, background history, other cases regarding VIPs and his rulings, thereof?
Generally, Land is an example of the judiciary having run amok with power agendas without accountability.

I listen to Steve Malzberg on a fairly regular basis and enjoyed the fact that he keeps having you on to give updates on the court case.
I thought it was important as well that you clarified it doesn’t really matter what the birth certificate says, he is a Usurper because his father was Kenyan. Steve kinda passed over on that quickly, but I know he wants the truth about this guy to come out – yet the evildoers don’t!

Orly, the BC is not the main issue here! He has admitted his dad was not a citizen when he was born and never was a citizen. He has admitted he is not a Natural Born Citizen! He is not constitutionally eligible by his own admission! Who cares where he was born.

What was frivilous was Judge Land’s treatment of your legitimate case, which has national importance. Land acted as if stealing the presidency is a petty misdemeanor. Judge Land’s tenure depends on good conduct, under the law, and I believe he has shown such extreme judicial misconduct that he should be defrocked. He is a disgrace to his robes.

There was an eligibility case in which Judge James Robertson threatened to impose sanctions on attorney John D. Hemenway.
In this WND article:

John D. Hemenway also had suggested that if there were to be sanctions, court rules would allow him to require the release of Obama’s birth information.
“If the court persists in pressing Rule 11 procedures against Hemenway, then Hemenway should be allowed all of the discovery pertinent to the procedures as court precedents have permitted in the past,” he wrote to the judge.
“The court has referred to a number of facts outside of the record of this particular case and, therefore, the undersigned is particularly entitled to a hearing to get the truth of those matters into the record. This may require the court to authorize some discovery,” Hemenway said.
Orly, are there any technicalities that will entitle you to discovery due to Judge Land’s sanction?
Anyway, I will be sending you a check today. If you are fined, I and all other decent Americans are fined too.
