Dear Dr. Orly,
 
You are our Esther, our Joan of Arc, our Heroine for filing the case to reveal Mr. Obama’s background!!!
 
Thanks for your efforts – keep on please.
 
You did a fantastic job today in expressing so many examples of court cases and arguments.  Then you topped it all off with the story of the  experiences of your family members in Russia and your strong desire for us not to suffer the same fate here in the US because of a possible usurper becoming a dictator.  When I visited Magadan on the East coast of Russia in Siberia some years ago we were told that the road from the airport to the city was paved over the bodies of those Russian prisoner slave workers who collapsed while building the road and that the government officials just paved over their bodies and that for years these human bones stuck out through the asphalt or concrete and vehicles were driven over them. We also visited the Execution House which was a cement walled room where the Russian prisoners who had spoken out against their government were lined up and shot while standing by the wall.  It was horrifying to view these terrible places and hear of the fate of people who lived under such a brutal dictatorship.    
 
God forbid that it ever comes to that in the United States for us if we fail to have fair and honest elections or to remove those who may be proven to be law breakers who destroy and violate our Constitution.
 
I pray that Judge David O. Carter will yet order complete discovery and that the truth may be brought forth regarding the background of Barrack H. Obama and that if he fails the test of having been a natural born citizen, of having lied about his citizenship and on his passports and his applications for college that he will politely step down as did Nixon and allow us to continue our government in a peaceful and constitutional way. 
 
A human resources man told me today that he could never have even hired Mr. Obama for anything without seeing his background references and records.  Why is Mr. Obama exempt from the same examinations that the rest of us go through?
 
I noticed that nothing was said today in court about the various & multiple Social Security numbers that are seemingly being used by Mr. Obama and some seem to be that of a deceased man of long ago.  Why isn’t that enough to remove Mr. Obama from office?  Or why can he get away with seemingly to have taken money from foreign countires when that is against the law even for an American citizen?
 
I am so sorry that your website has been down and hacked for over two weeks or a month.  It seems like it has just come back up tonight.  If your site had worked before or if the media had reported that there was a court hearing today, Oct. 5, 2009,  in the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse in Santa Ana, CA about Mr. Obama’s refusal to reveal his background the crowd might have not fit into the whole court house. Even as it was unknown today to most Americans the crowd took up the regular court room and two closed circuit TV court rooms.
 
Between your arguments and Mr. Gary Kreep’s arguments I don’t see how the court can not grant discovery.
Maybe if the truth were revealed there would be no need for the government lawyers of Mr. Obama to appeal as the public would never trust him again and he would know that his position was over..
 
Thank you for your valiant efforts to seek truth.  The American people deserve to have the truth revealed.

    If “Obama” (or whatever his name really is) is found by a court of law to be a usurper, I think he should be sentenced to spend the rest of his life in a federal prison with no possibility of parole as a lesson to future generations of Americans.

    Not because he’s black, not because he has a different sounding first, middle and last name, not because he’s a democrat, BECAUSE he’s not legal and lacks experience. I support the efforts of this crusader!

    ….and yes, we do deserve the truth, or transparency!

    I have a question relating to the legal term standing.

    Would either the soldier or soldier’s family have solid standing to challeng Obama’s orders if they were injured lost a limb or life.

    Seems to me an injury or loss of life by a soldier would provide the necessary standing to challenge Obama’s eligibility in court.
