Extremely important Press Release: Judge Hollander orders the clerk of the court to docket. Missing evidence miraculously reappears on the docket.(see order and attachments below). Judge Hollander was very kind to the clerk of the court, who removed evidence from the docket, by stating that “Doctor Taitz had difficulty seeing certain documents” and the issue was resolved by the clerk. In reality the clerk removed improtant documents from the docket. Not only Dr. Taitz had difficulty seeing them, the whole country had difficulty seeing them because the documents were removed. So far there were two good orders by Judge Hollander and we are hoping that the final order will be just and lawful as well, that Judge Hollander will order to finally release the SS-5, original application to Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 of Harry Bounel which Obama is fraudulently using, even though it failed both E-verify and SSNVS.
While the documents were missing, Obama supporters on one of the blogs, which is a bully pulpit for Obama’s personal attorney Scott J. Tepper, attacked Taitz mercilessly, assassinated her good character and called Taitz the worst lawyer and many other names, claiming that Taitz does not know how to file documents and pleadings. Now the order by Judge Hollander revealed that Taitz knows how to file and an error was made not by Taitz, but by the court itself and it was corrected by the court itself. Taitz does not hold her breath waiting for an apology from Obama supporters.

It is just a matter of common sense that in cases harboring such controversial, and sweeping consequence, courts will attempt to manifest the utmost of procedural propriety, at least when they are aware, or as in this case, made aware they are under close scrutiny.
That, of course, is only to encourage a fallacious trusting air to the disingenuous polemic contemplations, of which the outcome has been predetermined.

This is wonderful news!! It is such a happy vindication of your perspicacity and determination to pursue all avenues against the total criminality emanating from the usurper and his minions.
Earlier this week, I had an encouraging development of my own, in that I achieved an official ‘no trespass order’ being served against a man caught by my deer-camera walking into my driveway at 3 AM, holding what looks like a gun.

Why would someone be in your driveway at 3:00am?
Do you live in the country, or the city? If you live in the country where country folk live, it was probably either a coon hunter, you can tell them by the big flashlight they carry or a moonshiner coming and going to his still sight, make sure the sheriff finds out what he was doing there for.
And for sure, if it was in the city, definitely have him checked out, somethings wrong!

It’s like this – I am under subpoena by the DA in a trial against the intruder’s friend. The intruder was no coon hunter nor moonshiner. I have asked the deputy sheriff to question the intruder why he was in my driveway at 3 AM, but the deputy can’t get an answer because the man refuses to talk to the deputy.

Can’t you go to the Court Commissioner’s Office and get a restraining order for the trespasser, And if he’s caught on camera again on your place you can get a judge to sign a warrant for his arrest for non-compliance of the order. Oh well good luck with that, and keep your guard up.

I must be missing something here. We have a criminal clerk who intentionally hid evidence from the court relating to a case of Terrorism by way of usurpation of our WH @ Oval Office and the Judge pulls cover for this felon by saying “I don’t think Dr Taitz is able to see the documents. So, if they can magically reappear it would be nice!” What are we doing here? This clerk has been busted and should be in jail right now awaiting a swift conviction. This was no error! This was a blatant attempt to pull cover for Soebarkah by omitting damning evidence. Somebody clue me in here Plz!

i am waiting to see what this judge does on Obama’s use of a stolen SSN. If she covers up Obama’s stolen SSN, I will seek investigation of both the clerk and the judge. For now I am not taking action against this clerk. Clearly the clerk removed the docs from the docket, she docketed them again, when she was caught and she will remove them again after things will get quiet. I’ve seen this criminality in other courts as well, particularly in PA, IN and others. We will have criminal prosecution sooner or later. For now, please, spread the word.

Or, “You believe what Orly Taitz says, and I’ll believe what all the news networks say, and what my Senator and Representatives wrote me about your misinterpretation of the Constitution and your crusade (or witch hunt) to oust Obama.”
Or, “I have lots of company among people who don’t hate Obama, but where are your true believers? You think you’re right, but if you’re right, you’re mighty lonely with all your ‘rightness’.”
The truth and what’s right are just not as important to some people as keeping their jobs, maintaining family relationships and one’s reputation in the community, not having their property and possessions vandalized, and especially, not crossing the NSA, the FBI, or the IRS, or other agencies that can cause trouble, like Social Services, the DMV, health and fire inspectors, 501(c)3 auditors, zoning administrators, cable and utility cutoffs, etc..
What do we say or do when truth, freedom, and the right are not our acquaintances’ priorities?
