   Sue??? how about Dereliction of Duty (Military Law) Law & Legal Definition

   Generally, dereliction of duty refers to failure through negligence or obstinacy to perform one’s legal or moral duty to a reasonable expectation. In other words, it means willful or negligent failure to perform assigned duties or performing them in a culpably inefficient manner. Dereliction of duty is a specific offense in military law. Under the regulations of military law, avoidance of a duty or failure to follow an order from a superior, noncompliance with procedural rules, misbehavior, malingering, self-injury with intent to avoid service, or straggling can result in a charge of dereliction of duty. Ineptitude is a defense against the charge. A person convicted of dereliction of duty can be given a dishonorable or bad behavior discharge from his or her branch of service, and may forfeit pay or be sentenced to six months confinement. U.S. Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), addresses dereliction of duty within the regulations governing the failure to obey an order or regulation. He claims to be commander in chief.    DSP2, it DOES sound like clear DERELICTION of DUTY. We seem to be like Venezuela twisting and turning to no avail to maintain a republic and adherence to the Constitution. Many agree; why would anyone need to sue when dereliction is already “in flagrante?”

   Congressman Gowdy is setting the President up for Impeachment, the bill will go to the Senate now, and if it passes there, it goes on to the President, he will veto it. When he does that, they have him, impeachment proceedings are already drawn up, they are just waiting for the veto.

   Congress is guilty of dereliction of duty, along with, obstruction of justice, aiding and abetting, perjury, treason, and conspiracy to commit fraud, they’re in no position to draw attention. Every single congressman is fully aware of the obama fraud, yet refuse to open an investigation. The US pResident has an ongoing CRIMINAL fraud investigation pending, which has produced reasonable suspicion, and probable cause that a crime has been/is in progress. Yet they continue to ignore the overwhelming indisputable evidence. The infiltration of the US government by a foreign power is being co-opted by congress, which is treason, punishable by death.

What our pompous, spineless so-called “representatives” REALLY should do is to excise this cancer by opening a formal congressional investigation and subpoena all Barry’s records that supposedly prove his constitutional eligibiity to occupy the U.S. presidency and command our military forces!

    I doubt the Senate will vote for impeachment – not necessarily because they don’t agree, but because it will expose the fraud in which they, themselves, participated in the process of getting him on the ballot for President in 2008. Also, because every law, act, appointment, bill, etc., that Obama ever signed as President will be revoked, and while that might be ok with the Dems as it would apply to the ACA, it would cause a tremendous upheaval in our government, for which all Democrats would be responsible. That would put them ‘out of business’ for a couple decades.

    After the american people learn of how they have been deceived, I suspect few if any senators would dare face public rage by voting to acquit.

    However, once Barry is exposed as an illegal alien and ineligible felon, there will be no need for senate action; only for Barry to be arrested and draged in hand-cuffs and an orange suit to jail (to prevent flight) and trial for identity fraud and election fraud by use of his genuine fake computer-generated “hospital-issued” birth certificate, his many stolen social security numbers, and his fraudulent and back-dated selective service registration.

    Well, the good news is that Congress and the Senate can override a president’s veto with a 2/3 vote if it goes through the Senate.

    Everybody knows this is just “cover” legislation that the GOP knows will go absolutely nowhere in the Senate. It’s like all the times Boehner allowed the votes to oppose ACA knowing full well every single one of them would be DOA once they hit the Senate. It’s so they can go back to their constituencies and say, “Hey, we tried, but the Democrats in the Senate have stopped us, so please elect more GOP Senators, so we can fight this guy tooth and nail and override his vetoes…” We’ve heard it all before! This guy has done already much more than even Slick Willie. If they haven’t impeached Obama by now, they NEVER will.

    It’s comical to hear this GOP Congressman suddenly trying to appear as if he gives a damn about the Constitution after he and all of the rest of the gangsters in the DC Mafia have already guilty of High Treason for the last 5 years now. Like Feinstein, these elected gangsters in the US Mafia in the District of Criminals only suddenly give a damn about the US Constitution when it personally affects their personal livelihood.
    Nobody’s buying their bullshit anymore!!!

    This ridiculous shenanigan by the GOP only serves to show all the more clearer why we need a military coup d’etat right now or secession. This same party and this same fruitcake, Trey Gowdy, just the other day were having a House Judiciary Committee meeting to determine just how un-Constitutional Obama has been!!! I CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP IF I TRIED!!! That’s how ridiculous this is! These buffoons are actually pretending that they need a Committee with Constitutional scholars such as Jonathan Turley to determine how far Obama has exceeded his Constitutional authority.     Ok, I have said it before and will say it again.Those asking for impeachment better go back to smoking there Colorado weed, cause it isnt going to happen. 2nd- Bozo is guilty of Treason,Sedition, being a traitor, Fraud, Murder,Assault. and conspiracy to commit the aforesaid. The proper course of action ( if we had a real military,which we dont) would be for the military to arrest and take custody of Obama.But that aint happening either. And as unfortunate as it is nothing will happen with any of the document fraud either, the judges and courts will just string Orly along til 2017 and when Bozo is out of office it will be over. They will not prosecute a past president. Think about it , NO politician can find the real truth because it would sink the country ( everything Bozo has done/signed will have been null and void.) There is no way they could allow that to happen,shit they even bought off Sheriff Joe.

    I do not think that Obama’s pen and his telephone should be allowed to run the country. He has so far broken his promises that we will have the same insurance as him and that the Unfair tax off of social security.
