A letter of support from Attorney Gary Zerman in relation to corruption in courts

Re the nonsense that goes on in courtrooms regarding court reporters and the bogus assertions of immunity by/for government bad actors, see Antoine v. Byers & Anderson, Inc., 508 U.S. 429 (1993) https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/508/429/case.html

There is no Constitutional basis or authority for the dastardly & despicable Doctrine of Absolute Judicial Immunity. See Justice William Douglas’ lone dissent at p. 558 in Pierson v. Ray, 386 U.S. 547 (1967) https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/386/547/case.html and the see underlying 3/0 appellate decision in Sparkman v. McFarlin, 552 F.2d 172 (7th Cir. 1977) that ruled Judge Stump was not entitled to immunity.

Government immunity invert the most basic premise of our Constitution – that WE The PEOPLE are sovereign – and that government is our servant. The first three words of the Constitution are: WE The PEOPLE. Not We the government, nor We the judiciary.

See Justice Alex Kozinski’s dissent in the recent case of U.S. v. Olsen, where he stated: “There is an epidemic of Brady violations abroad in the land. Only judges can put a stop to it.” His dissent was joined by four other 9th Circuit judges.
https://www.abajournal.com/news/article/epidemic_of_brady_violations_decried_in_kozinski_opinion/

Judges have permitted and therefore are responsible for all the nonsense and bad acts by government officials/employees, as the epidemic of Brady violations decried by Justice Kozinski and the complaint file by attorney Orly Taitz. Perjury is also rampant in our courts. There is also no one left to blame for that – but the judges/judiciary.

As stated by USDC Judge Lynn Hughes, at page 809, in reversing and vacating the conviction in U.S. V. Edwin P. Wilson, 289 F. Supp. 2d 801 (USDC- SD,TX, 20003) https://www.leagle.com/decision/20031090289FSupp2d801_11004 : “Honesty comes hard to government. …”

Trouble is – accountability of government – comes even harder than honesty of government.

The federal government is TOO big.
It has TOO many secrets.
It invents TOO many boogeymen.
It engages in TOO much mischief.
It tell TOO many LIES.

And there is TOO little to NO accountability of the federal government and federal government bad actors.

Kudos to Attorney/Dr. Taitz for fight’n the good fight and for calling government to account.

Truly our courts are as much guilty of usurped authority as the fraud in our white house.

judges and prosecuters who were supposed to protect us from fraud and criminality became criminally complicit themselves

Hmmm… it is a shame this outspoken
    attorney isn’t willing to become
    Robin to your Batwoman…
(I am not saying you are ‘batty’
    lol)

I think you are super wonderful.
Many of us women, if we had
    your knowledge and skills, would
be there helping you in any way
    possible.

    Just seems that another attorney
who finally speaks out, should be
willing to assist you in your
    burden of saving this country
    from the criminal-in-chief.

I had two emails from a Tea
Party, wanting me to send a fax
    to Congress about the illegals
and another one about some other
issue. I am fed up with emails
and faxes that lie dormant on
    the floor. I emailed back
my opinion of the lack of
    commitment from those who
have the authority and the means
to remove this cancer from our
    society.

So far, no reply from the Tea
    Party. If the military won’t
step up to the plate, it is
up to the people to voice
    their disgruntled observations,
in a massive march on D.C.

They are all a cowardly lot.

Where are the men of yesteryear?

They leave it to a lone woman,
you, to fight the battle and
when you win, I hope they feel
    guilt and shame,
    for not doing their part.

    Now Obama threatens to by-pass
    Congress.

Think he’s done this a few times before.
And still he remains calling the shots.

The question of Accountability is at the heart of the problems plaguing us. Sworn oaths mean nothing when the person doing the swearing is morally bankrupt, believing in nothing but what they can sell themselves for. Societies always fail when the tenets and principles, around which their cultural core beliefs coalesce, become corrupted because a society is nothing more than an agreement to adhere to such basic beliefs. Those who think you can have a viable society and culture with out shared beliefs are ignorant fools.

A necessary basic requirement which must be taken to rid ourselves of this culture of criminality which rules us today, is to institute oath requirements which mean something. Swearing on the Bible is fine, but it isn’t sufficient. Oaths must be personal, they must force the oath taker to prove something of themselves, not just once but continuously throughout their term of service. It is common practice today for many private and governmental applicants and employees to submit to blood and urine tests to screen out addictions and other problems; it is also common place to require lie detector tests.

At a minimum these tests must be required of all law enforcement, judicial, educational, and other positions of social responsibility. And these tests must be repeated at not only set intervals but also upon request by any citizen who can demonstrate reasonable concern about the actions of an employee or public servant. And these tests must be performed in public with public input. You want to be a judge, then be prepared, with scores of eyes eagerly watching the lie detector chart needles, to answer questions about your imposition of a twenty thousand dollar fine against a lawyer for doing her job.

And for special classes such as all politicians, judges, police, etc. here is an oath all you little whining losers are going to whine some more about – which is why we are in the mess we are in today. A Water Oath. Yes, that’s right, a few cc’s in the nose of those who think they have what it takes to be a Senator, a state Governor, a big shot banker, etc. Are you sick and tired of corrupt low-lifes such as Reid, Bush, Clinton, Barry, and all the thousands like them, selling us and our country down the drain? Well, that is all you have to do. It won’t get rid of all the crooks, but by God the ones who pass will at least be real and not sniveling miserable gutless little slime balls.

    Starlight;
The men of yesteryear have grown old and although a lot of them remain ready to march on Washington unarmed or armed to clean out the criminals that occupy the offices of the federal government, I think a lot of them as I are waiting for a leader to step forward hopefully a retired Military general or someone of less rank may be exceptable. The men of today, most of them are wearing their ear rings and sandels or flip flops with their manicured nails running around supporting a society where anything goes except those things that were present in the society of the men growing up in yesteryear.

    Wayne,

I did read your reply, and
    thank you for your input.

True, some of the younger generation
is a hopeless lot, but there are
still the generations of the 60’s
70’s and 80’s, and many others
    from earlier decades.

We have those 200 plus that were
    as Stalin would say, ‘purged’
    and I would say ‘fired,’

    for no apparent reasons.

We have the 3 officers who went
    the mile and disobeyed the
    terrorist/in-sheep’s clothing

    and did not nuke Americans.
    How could that little scenario
    be overlooked by millions?

Where are these men now? I hope
not in exile or 6 feet below.

    It is incomprehensible that
    watching this maniac today
in TN, speaking to a group
    of citizens, that some were
    actually applauding him. It
seems not all of America is
in the loop. I hope for the
day when he is booed and
    verbally assaulted by those
who have come to their senses.

    After that… pray
    for an honest judge.
