Judicial Council of the 3rd Circuit is investigating a complaint regarding a cover up by the court of the major/egragious falsification of records by the court reporter in my case. 14 pages, the whole cross examination, was removed. Judges covered it up. The Judicial council of the 3rd circuit is reviewing a request to transfer the complaint to Chief Justice Roberts to reassignement to another circuit due to inherent conflict of interest

    More Congratulations to you Orly. Very well done. Your comment about Obama getting an education in con is very apt. He and his brethren have turned our once great ivy league colleges into cess pools of sex and drug addiction. The give degrees out in how to con the money from normal people who pay for this evil education. They are their own worst enemy and don’t know it. Their deficit spending has given them the power over the entire economic structure of this once great, free and prosperous country. They need help and yet are totally in control. Thank you Orly for your help.

    Very good move Orly. Now Chief Justice Roberts if he has grown and guts to do his job. Over half of this Supreme are in violation of more than just the Constitution.

    Can anyone tell me if the Certification of Nomination form certifying Soebarkah & Stand up Chuck for the 2012 Convention was worded the same as the 2008 form which read “Duly Selected” instead of “Properly vetted and certified under the rules of the Constitution” like every other for in history??
