US Attorney for District of MD renews request for additional time to respond and forwards to Judge Hollander letter from Taitz

Presss ReleaseAllen Loucks, assistant US attorney for District of Maryland, renews request for additional time to respond to the Second Amended Complaint in Taitz v Colvin 13-cv-1878, case dealing with Obama’s use of a stolen CT Social Security number 042-68-4425 of Harry Bounel and forwards to Judge Ellen Hollander the letter from Taitz.
In furtherance of modus operandi of unprecedented corruption in the Department of Justice during Obama-Holder regime, Assistant U.S. Attorney Allen Locks refuses to fulfill his duty defend and protect the US Constitution, refuses to forward to the Grand Jury all evidence of of Obama’s use of a stolen SSN and continues in pattern of conflict of interest in representing both Social Security administration and and employee of the SSA, Dawn Wiggins, who is engaged in obstruction of Justice and aiding and abetting fraud by Obama.

So far Judge Hollander is the only one who is willing to do anything.
I noticed that attorneys were replaced in all cases. I guess that prior attorneys dd not want to be a part of the criminal enterprise.
I, as a party, cannot write to the judge or US attorney. I cannot do anything that might influence the court.
There is no law preventing others to write, however people cannot do anything that might influence the decision.
I do not know any law that would prevent people from writing respectfully and stating that it is an important case

Ms. Wiggins started her legal career after graduating from law school in 1993 as a general practice attorney for a private law firm in Maryland. She started her Government service one year later when she became a legislative attorney for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for the State of Maryland. Ms. Wiggins joined the Social Security Administration, Office of General Counsel, Office of Program Law in September 1997, advising the Agency in the areas of retirement, survivorship and disability. In September 2003, she joined the Office of General Law where she focused on, among other areas the Freedom of Information Act, the Privacy Act, and the Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act. In the fall of 2008, Ms. Wiggins was selected as the Deputy Executive Director for the Office of general Counsel’s Office of Privacy and Disclosure. Ms. Wiggins has also served as the Co- Chair for the CIO Privacy Council, Identity Management Subcommittee for the past two years.
Ms. Wiggins received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 1993 and her B.A. from The American University in Washington, D.C. in 1990

I scan this blog several times a day in the hope that a judge will render a honest unbiased opinion, since I am getting old I decided to do something more productive with a better chance of success so I now scan the skies in hope of seeing a flying pig.

its time to get somthing done… obummer and his mediscare is really going to screw things up.. i am one example
used to take the wife to the doc and get her pain meds for like 4 months.. she has a really bad back… now we have to go get a script every month.. thats a 120 mile round trip to her doctor..
i used to get my test strips for my diabetes here and now because of big business the small drug store can no longer supply me with them.. so now i have to drive 60 miles round trip to get them filled and they want me to fill out test forms for 6 months..
that part they can go to hell with.. i am going to send them a letter saying i want a copy of the one who wants my tests a copy of his medical licence… i am also going to tell cvs they are using a law that is illegal ot treat us this way.. MY DOC MAKES THE DECISIONS NOT OBUMMER

A picture puts an image to the people who are doing this. Otherwise it’s just some name from outer space. I agree, it does matter what these people do with the proof you have. But I think people need to see who is doing this. Let’s see who is behind the desk, the bureaucracy, or the black robe. Let’s see all the faces behind the biggest crime in the history of the United States.

Tell me how Obama can be a naturally born citizen, when his father wasn’t a American. He may be a American citizen, if he was born in Hawaii, but there is no proof that he was.

Will: I hear ya! This having to use the only group that is able to supply diabetes supplies is totally ridiculous!
I also do this. But have you thought of contacting your senator? Rep? To see what they might say? If you use medicdare? medicaid? they are supposed to be able to (MAIL) you your supplies!
I’m going through this right now. And the strict rules for not being able to use more than they supply (strips), is irresponsible! Davey says that he agrees here! This goof-ball in la-la land is nuts! No one should have to travel 120 miles to do anything!
I’d call them and tell them that they are supposed to be able to mail you these supplies! And ask your pharmacist to give you a list of those locations that ARE ABLE TO MAIL YOU YOUR SUPPLIES!!!

Even if I were to believe that you heard in 1961 that Obama was born in Kenya, there is nothing I can do with this. Saying that you heard something 50 years ago is not evidence that can be brought to court

Donna needs to back it all up with affidavits,
subpoenas, FOIA, and video confession of source,
etc. Hearsay is not enough, IMO.
As for Dawn Wiggins, she is indeed a shameful
lawbreaker, stonewaller, and con-man worse
than Judge Lamberth. She should be dismissed
from her position at SSA for incompetency, mis-
feasance, misstatement of facts, uttering, mis-
use of funds, and dereliction of duty. She is
a disgrace to the legal profession also, IMO.

I am watching this SSA, FOIA case with interest.
Now that it appears that your conditional offer for granting the extension of time has been rejected and approved by the judge, it appears to me that an official request needs to be made a part of the case, requiring the US attorney to submit criminal evidence to the grand jury.
According to 18 USC § 3332 a) (a) It shall be the duty of each such grand jury impaneled within any judicial district to inquire into offenses against the criminal laws of the United States alleged to have been committed within that district. Such alleged offenses may be brought to the attention of the grand jury by the court or by any attorney appearing on behalf of the United States for the presentation of evidence. Any such attorney receiving information concerning such an alleged offense from any other person shall, if requested by such other person, inform the grand jury of such alleged offense, the identity of such other person, and such attorneys action or recommendation.

Why isn’t the law working like the law should work? With reasonable suspicion, and probable cause, along with overwhelming evidence, and all of this being public knowledge, wouldn’t the suspect be arrested and arraigned? Maybe instead of going to Hawaii, Obama should have sat in a cell for two weeks awaiting trial. Someone is obligated to act on this crime, and needs to be fired.

Dr. Taitz, I agree with your reply to Donna except for one eyewitness who was present at Soebarkahs birth and admitted being there in a taped interview. That would be his Grandmother who stated she was there at the hospital in Mombassa.

I agree with B Brad. If these corrupt judges had their photos on the Internet with a narrative as to what they are doing (or not doing), maybe it would be just the pressure that would make them treat you fairly. It would be like shining a spotlight on a rat and possibly embarrass them out of being corrupt. I do think we should hold off on Hollander though, since Judge Hollander so far looks promising. Wouldn’t want to screw that up.

Call it “The Halls Of SHAME”… Put a picture up of Every CORRUPT JUDGE, ATTORNEY, POLITICIAN, and a Short Description of What They Did. Could Start with Judge Carter I suppose. So we as YOUR SUPPORTERS can E-Mail, Write ect. Each of Them and Explain What “HIGH TREASON” Is, and the Penalty For The CRIME.

Assuming his father was in fact who he claims he was, not only was Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah born a Kenyan citizen per the Kenyan Constitution but according to the British Nationality Act he was also born a British citizen. Assuming he was born in Hawaii to whom he claims was his mother, he also was born a U.S. citizen. Therefore, assuming his parents and birthplace are in fact who and he claims they were, he was in fact born a citizen of three different countries which, of course, prevents him from being a natural born citizen of any of them.
