   I am honored that so many Americans want me to run for the office of President. However, my moral convictions require that I state clearly for the record that I am not eligible for the office of president or vice president according to Article II – Section I – Clause V of the U.S. Constitution, which requires that only a Natural Born Citizen of the United States, born of an American Citizen Father, seek or hold these offices. As I was born the son of a Cuban Citizen living in Canada at the time, I am not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States. On this Constitutional ground, I hereby state that Barack Hussein Obama, the son of a Kenyan Citizen Father, is also not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States…I hereby call for the immediate investigation and resignation of Barack Hussein Obama and all who were involved in the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the world, as well as all who have engaged in the greatest political cover-up in the history of politics.”

Much less “American Citizen Father”. Given your reading into the constitution George Washington could not be president.

    Constitution says “at the time of adoption of this Constitution” so in 1787 you did not have to be natural born. But it is clear that going forward that EVERYONE must be natural born, a citizen at birth of 2 parents who are already citizens, whether naturalized or not. This is very generous because naturalized parents have split loyalties to US and their original country and might raise their child to think the same. I say 3 generations of citizens FIRST before someone can be President, but anyone can become a radicalized Muslim on the internet and betray the US. So its quite clear why we do this and makes total sense. We don’t want a traitor president who kills us with drones without trial, changes laws illegally and forces homosexual pedophiles on all our children. WHY DO WE HAVE TO KEEP EXPLAINING THIS???

    Oath Keepers is *NOT* forming or creating or organizing *ANY* group, collective, or organization with any “arrest powers”.

    Oath Keepers is calling for the re-establishment of the Constitutionally-required Militia of the several States as per Article I, Sections 15 and 16, and Article II, Section 2.     That is a primer, an introductory, which reveals for the uninitiated the fact that the General government in WDC is required to ensure that the States have their Constitutional Militia of the several States.     I must remind everyone that this country would not exist if the Militia’s did not take action against the “lawfully designated officials”. In the state of Montana is every citizen according to MCA 46-6-502 has the power to arrest ANYONE including cops, judges and elected officials.

    And to educate people is always good. HOWEVER, what good is educating people when law agents are paid by the corrupt government. So its either find a spine and a set and go dig ditches instead of obeying unlawful orders as a law agent or kneel down to the “king”. Well our law agents have and I am HIGHLY disappointed in ANY organization who will not say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

    How many more people will be subject to the whims of those “lawfully-designated” agents of the corrupt government before these so called “informational and educational” organizations get off their collective asses.

    You want to see action, how about when there was to be a million muslim march and instead a million patriots on bikes showed up followed by truckers.

    This nation needs an active militia with the power to arrest the criminals behind the badges, the black robes or that sit in the congress. We need a Constitutional Citizens Grand jury for EVERY case the government wants to bring against a citizen. We need a Citizens Protect Act that strips the law agents, congress, and the judiciary from ANY internal investigates to stop the cover ups. And we need the Fully Informed Jury Act as a Constitutional Amendment.

    STOP being spineless and start doing more than just educating people. No one respects you when you talk….they don’t respect judges, the done respect cops and they don’t respect our elected federal government. THE PEOPLE FEAR THEM because they are ARMED!

    Be like our founding fathers, educate, advocate and then stick your boot in their asses because that is the ONLY thing that has EVER brought freedom from governments. History proves this. Even the Israelites had to call on the power of god to gain their freedom and then that was only to run away. Well as an American I am sick of running from the corrupt government, abusive law agents and the freedom crushing “legal” system.

    I am moving forward to establish the Montana Home Guard, and I am taking action by doing more than talking and “educating”. How many cops have you exposed for their abuses? There are 10’s of thousands of videos on youtube showing the abuse on film with audio……who is the one exposing this abuse and treasonous activity? Not this so called “educational” groups, but the COMMON everyday people. Until these groups start showing they are willing to do more than flap their gums and actually get out, protest, use their influence to demand justice……shut the hell up.

    To all those organizations out there I issue this statement…..

    Grow a stiff American spine, a great big brass set of balls and stop talking and start taking action…..Maybe then the people will respect you.

    Don’t like my comments you better look in the mirror we are just one event away from a total take over by the National Socialist. What did all the talking in the world do for the jews of Germany or Russian, or the American Indian?

    Talk it cheap. Take action like our founding fathers did.
