         Please post the letter below on your blog. I am mailing it tomorrow to that Judge Land.

As a former Soviet citizen (now a proud American for 16 years) I am terrified and ashamed seeing how you and few others twist the justice of this country.

The voters having “No standing” in the cases of determining identity and eligibility of the elected official – it is unheard of! It is a laughing stock for any civilized nation. It is Sovok (derogative for the former Soviets) in its worst!

“No standing” is even more grotesque in regard to a military officer questioning eligibility of his/her Commander-in-Chief which has never produced any valid documents and whose one parent was a foreigner. 

The reasoning of your judgment (as though the case of Capitan Connie Rhodes is frivolous) is so sick that you disgraced the American Justice.

         1. In attempt to defend the indefensible (the legality of Obama/Soetoro) you referred to an internet copy of something as though it were an acceptable document in a Court of Law!

 

         2. You ignored completely the Constitutional concept of being Natural Born whose violation by Obama/Soetoro is obvious merely because of the fact that his father was not a US citizen.

         3. By your twisted reasoning you equated an obvious necessity of identity proof with the Presumption of Innocence! Every person and particularly government officials must routinely produce the necessary documents when applying for a position.

         4. That is not to say that the Presumption of Innocence applies to ordinary defendants rather than to government officials suspected in fraud. In cases of public servants it is their burden to prove their innocence.

You are disgrace, Judge Land, joining to other similar gate keepers and coverers of fraud. However I must remind you that you too are being judged: exactly now in these Judgment days by our highest Heavenly Judge. And also by American people.

    Dear Orly,

    do not fear those Judges ! There will allwayss be hope, even in the worst of cricumstances. Many people have become their own lawyers while being arbitrarily incarcerated. So, Orly, do not fear jail, even from there you can make your voice heard.

    Wonderful, well-reasoned letter, Mr. Gofen! Thank you so much for sending it. And you brought up a portion of “Clay Feet” Land’s first response to Dr. Taitz that I didn’t understand, namely, the “ironic” statement. I was correct in my guess – he was referring to the doctrine of “innocent until proven guilty.”

    But, as you correctly pointed out:

    I have a feeling that this “twisted reasoning” did not come from Land, but was the idiocy sent from Obama’s minions. Land was probably embarrassed to include that in his first judgement, along with a lot of other things, but, because of a threat against his person or his family, or his willingness to sell out for some other reason, sign it he did.

    Working against this kind of incompetence and moral low ground, Dr. Taitz is sure to win, especially with supporters like you!!
