Doug,
I am sorry about the dismissal. We knew that the judge will state exactly what he stated, however at least you put an effort and you filed, which cannot be said of Arpaio.
I remember Linda Jordan, Susan Daniels and a few other people criticized me claiming that I did not do enough, that I missed something. Today everyone can see that it is extremely difficult. 46 attorneys and hundreds of pro se plaintiffs tried. Nobody succeeded.
 They will realize what the purpose of my filing really is. All Americans will know for sure that there was a takeover of the government and we no longer live under the laws Constitution of the United States. At that point other loyal Americans are going to have to decide what the next step is.

    The Judge said he Did NOT HAVE STANDING???
    If THE PEOPLE, who ALL of These BUFFOONS Work For, Including THIS JUDGE, Don’t have Standing?
    THEN WHO IN GODS NAME DOES?????????

    Vogt should just resubmit the commission properly. As the clerk erred in the designation and so the Judge ruled in accordance, without prejudice. Didn’t he then also clear the docket?

    There was no designation when he filed. That is the main issue. The clerk gave him no alternative.

    Barbara,
    sadly, I believe that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will affirm the decision of Judge Robart. I represented presidential candidates, Allen Keyes, and they ruled against them. 9th circuit rule against Allen Keyes, I do not believe they will find standing or subject matter jurisdiction in the case brought by Mr. Vogt.
    I believe that the 9th circuit would confirm the decision of the District court and the Supreme Court will refuse to hear it certiorari, even though I personally agree with Mr. Vogt
