Law Offices of Orly Taitz

Orly Taitz submitted today a Petition for Rehearing, however the court on its’ own  accord already deemed her prior motion for reconsideration to be treated as a Petition for Rehearing and Presiding Judge ordered the clerk of the court to file it. We are expecting the ruling shortly. If prior order by lower court is not reversed, the case will go to the Supreme Court of CA and if need be to Supreme Court of the U.S. and InterAmerican court for Human Rights. This is the matter of Constitutional rights of every citizen to have lawful elections and due process.

    America is never going to see another fair presidential election, until the diebold software rigged voting machines are removed and voting is returned to the paper ballot system that communists captors hate so much. The chad hanging ruling was a ploy to usher in those fraudulent voting machines. A hole punched, is punch whether it’s a hanging chad or not, what do the land conquering communist infiltrators think, that all American’s are stupid? Laws of physics and common sense says the 9/11 communist infiltrators didn’t want a fair system that could elect us a patriotic American like John F. Kennedy.

    I would say their opinions are already fully inculcated and rehearsed, and their decision preordained through bribery or blackmail. All that remains is for them to make it official, and unduly recorded, in the hope of further silencing truth and justice. Perhaps to the extent of using undue and illegal threats and sanctions.
