Some people asked me, if I will be involved in Mr. Vogt’s law suit. Here is an answer and explanation:

1. I am not involved

2. This is not a law suit per se, it is a request to forward Mr. Vogt’s complaint to the grand jury.

I do not know whether the judge will do it. Often judges are saying that if you believe that the crime was committed, go to the police of FBI, however we went to police and FBI and they did not do anything. I do not know how long will he sit on it. Lastly, I do not know what will happen with the grand jury. From my experience federal grand juries are controlled by the US Attorneys, as local grand juries are controlled by DAs. We’ll wait and see.

3. I know the identity of the person that Mr. Vogt believes to be the forger, however I do not know for sure if this person is indeed the forger. I met this person and believe that this person is involved together with others, however I do not know the full extent of involvement. I will not be disclosing the name as I was requested not to do so.

    It isn’t a request. It is a filing under obligatory laws under U.S.C.

    Bottom line: will the judge forward it, when will he do it? Will they bury it? I don’t know. I pray to god that something will move, that one judge somewhere will have some moral values, but so far I saw nothing but flagrant criminal complicity not just by the officials, but also by the US attorneys and judges

    sadly we are seeing multiple judges flagrantly covering up crimes and being complicit in crimes. we are seeing a de facto criminal enterprise running this nation, thug-ocracy
