Nazi Pillosi certified he was qualified to run for office. There will be a lot of heads on the chopping block, not to mention his brigades of blocking attorneys.

Dr. Orly, could we not go to all the Secretary of States and get the copy they received from the DNC and Nancy Pelosi certifying BHO for POTUS? Can this be done under The Freedom of Information Act? These copies would show that the document sent to the Sec. Of States was the one they drafted which left out that BHO was constitutionally qualified to be POTUS. I understand that two separate copies were drafted….one which stated he was a Natural Born Citizen and was Constitutionally qualified and another one which left this out (This is the one which was mailed to the Sec of States).

Have we all “forgotten” that Soetoro/Obama has repeatedly stated that HIS FATHER was a Kenyan who was a Subject of the Crown of England and at his birth — no matter WHERE it was, was from parents only ONE of which was an American citizen? He could have been born in the East Wing of the White House and not escape the fact that, at birth, he had dual citizenship in his parents — whether they were or were not married at the time. With the focus — and emphasis on location without introducing this FACT concurrently puts a different “shade” (or, spin) to the presentation in my humble layman’s opinion.

All you need is the nomination paper he signed for the state of Arizona back in December 2007. He signed the paper – under penalty of perjury – stating that he was a natural born citizen of the US. Now some other candidate could probably claim they thought natural born was the same as native born. Not Obama. Remember, he was a “so called” Constitutional law instructor and expert.

This is off topic and I hope you don’t mind me posting this from The Obama File. Everyone needs to know this if they think Republicans are any different than Democrats, they aren’t. Look how many Repubs wouldn’t even vote to stop funding of ACORN. Oh but they are introducing a bill, they know certainly won’t get passed by the Dems controlling Congress and Repubs that won’t vote.
Senate De-Funds ACORN
The Senate has voted overwhelmingly to strip ACORN of funding in the Transportation/Housing and Urban Development appropriations bill. After ACORN workers were caught on tape in three cities allegedly abetting what they believed was a fraudulent mortgage and sex-trafficking scheme, only seven senators were willing to stand by them:
• Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I.
• Roland Burris, D-Ill.
• Dick Durbin, D-Ill.
• Bernie Sanders, D-Vt.
• Patrick Leahy, D-Vt.
• Bob Casey, D-Pa.
• Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.
Nine senators didn’t have the courage to vote:
• Burr (R-NC)
• Byrd (D-WV)
• Coburn (R-OK)
• Graham (R-SC)
• Gregg (R-NH)
• Hutchison (R-TX)
• McCain (R-AZ)
• Mikulski (D-MD)
• Vitter (R-LA)
The key now is to see whether Democrats try to strip out this provision later in a House-Senate conference committee.
Update: Today House Republicans will introduce a bill that would end all federal funding to ACORN and its affiliates. Republicans are also sending a letter to Obama on the same subject.

Actually, what the States received from Pelosi was certification that Obamanation was ‘duly nominated’ as candidate of said party. She choked (imagine that) on certifying he was ‘legally qualified’ to serve under the provisions of the US Constitution. Whether she knew the truth or had doubts, she was not going to perjure herself. The old CYA slight of hand. Well actually she did perjure herself but thought better of releasing that document.

Orly, re the Cali Case.
The Government say: “While a U.S. president formally is selected by electors named by each state based on their congressional representation, Congress has the ultimate authority to approve the Electorical College votes. The process allows for objections to be raised as Democrats did following George W. Bush’s 2000 election.”
Don’t forget that Pelosi deliberately cut off any objections at the Congressional Appointment Ceremony. It can be seen on video.

I am disgusted at the smear campaign that has been brought against you by Larry Sinclair and Arlen Williams. It’s so easy for these people to sit on the sidelines and judge someone who is tirelessly taking this issue head-on. We all need to unite behind the cause, put aside our differences, and present a united front on this issue. Sinclair and Williams could be responsible for destroying the one opportunity we have to compel discovery of Obama’s records. There will be time for post-mortum analysis once the usurper is out of our White House.
I’m sure you probably simply misunderstood Larry’s comments about the additional deaths in Obama’s old church (Trinity United). I have to admit, I also thought that Larry said there were three murders within that “church.” So I did some research in Sinclair’s archives and he certainly did say that there were three murders. Here is his comment dated 10/23/2008 (See first part of second paragraph). I have screen shots if you need them. I believe the two other men were Nathaniel Spencer and Larry Bland.

The way it should go is that the party should check each candidate’s qualifications carefully. No one should proceed any farther until he/she has been thoroughly vetted with ORIGINAL documents.
If that fails, and in 2008 it did, purposely, then each Secretary of State should check credentials. This also wasn’t done, probably on purpose again.
Then the electors are supposed to check. Electors from all the states received most likely hundreds if not thousands of letters from concerned citizens about Obama’s questionable eligibility. I myself wrote to every single elector in my state right after the general election. I never received a reply.
Then, as stated above by Mark, the final vetting is supposed to be done by Congress. Since they were all in the tank for Obama and didn’t dare raise a question for fear that they’d be labeled a racist (oh, my!), they all failed in their constitutional duties. And that was after all of them had received thousands of phone calls and letters calling their attention to the fact that Obama was not eligible simply because of his father’s foreign citizenship.
There are checks in place, but no one wanted to exercise them because of the supposed charisma and popularity of a black man. However, the color or race of the person should have nothing to do with whether or not they’ve committed a crime. Obama is guilty because he signed notarized forms in Arizona and other states which require it attesting to his “natural born” status when he knew he didn’t meet the requirement. And he got away with it, for a time.
Orly is right; she is VERY close to outing the usurper. She should have the wholehearted support of every single American citizen. This woman has done more to correct our current deplorable political situation than anyone in our history.

Orly, I hope you have subpoenaed those records from the places of origin (state/schools)(Best Evidence rule and all) rather than depend on Obama. Hopefully you will have them to present to him at a deposition so that you can question him about them. Thank you for addressing the rumors. Even with the rumors I think people are more supportively worried for you than anything else. You’re doing a great job. Good luck today.

I agree with Truth Exists…..you need to subpoena all his records now. You know Obama’s attorneys will come in there with another motion to dismiss and won’t haven’t the documents. It’s be nice to be 2 steps ahead of them.
