   How does one copyright the work of another?

   It would be interesting to ask the Copyright office for the info on this alleged copyright…perhaps Zullo acted without permission or consent of the actual authors of the report, and stole their intellectual property…that would be a crime….

   I never heard of a police officer or a sheriff, who try to copyright an expert opinion they got in criminal investigation instead of submitting it to the District Attorney.
   They might be found complicit in the cover up or subornation of the crimes. Also, donations were used to pay the expert, to pay for Zullo’s trip to Hawaii, where the expert resides. Those donations were given to help in investigation and prosecution of the crime. I do not believe he has any right to keep it hidden. There is so much damage done to the country done with all of the scandals: NSA, DOJ, IRS, This is not a joke. They are law enforcement, they have the evidence that can help to solve a crime, and they are sitting on evidence and getting a copyright??

   These smug, arrogant bastards actually think they’re going to get away with this. They are not going to get away with this. At some point, Americans are going to get a belly full of this crap and when they do, it will be too late for it to go any other way but totally sideways. There is going to horrible violence on all sides of the fence. Arpaio and Zullo think they’re going to be above it all. They will not be above it all. They will right in the middle of it – good Americans will see to that. The same goes for all the rest of these phony, do nothing traitor pukes like Issa and Boehner and basically the whole of the GOP. It is the height of hubris to think they are in control and that they will escape this unscathed.

   If you’re reading this, I sincerely hope you’ve done your homework and understand what is coming to America and that you’ve prepared for it.

   Zullo not promising to file a criminal complaint would be reasonable and valid if no affidavit of fraud existed. But now he and Arpaio are derelict of duty bordering on treason for not filing criminal charges when their investigation revealed document fraud. They appear to be as corrupt as the judiciary that has been handling Dr.Taitz cases.

    But hey, I’ve always said no civil rights movement ever succeeded by donating money to “big names” who promised to do “big things” – the only thing that ever worked was people taking to the streets in masses, not endless internet ramblings about “forgeries” or “citizen parents” or “criminal investigations”.

    I am sorry that you lost family in WW2. You are right and I am also sad that you came to America.

    I see another problem with the report that was produced by Reed Hayes. He may be used as an expert but courts nor district attorneys would consider him an expert unless he is first cross examined by a defense attorney in court and a judge then determined that he was an expert for the particular case.

    Since Zullo does not release the report, it is highly likely that it does not contain what he claims in contains. At least not from Reed Hayes. It is my opinion that he will publish what is claimed to be the report by Reed Hayes but it will be edited to make his investigation look like it was legitimate when all along, they have only been doing this to get donations.

    Do you have any idea how much money Zullo and Gallups have made? It has to be in the thousands at this point while they keep dragging this out and claiming they have VIPs that are going to look at this information. What concerns me the most is that they say that Congressman Stockman was going to introduce a bill that would require Obama to release all of his information. How are they going to do that? The bill has to be passed in the Senate as well as the House and then the pResident would not sign it. The only chance that bill would have is if Obama were overruled by majorities in the Senate and House. That is never going to happen. At least not before the year 2017.

    The republic of the United States is dead. It is finished. It no longer exists. We all need to get that fact into our heads and accept it. Stop the pretense. Come to terms with reality and accept that fact. We are living under an evil regime which subverted the noble one we inherited from the founders. The corruption began in the last century and is seeing its culmination with Obama.
    After coming to terms with that fact, we need to contemplate refraining from participating in it, and then do it.
    Ms Taitz can continue to file suits and demand information, but as we can see, the organs of government no longer function as intended. Expecting to get the truth only nourishes our fantasy.

    Here’s some questions and I’m interested in your opinions. The report is not privately owned and the Sheriff is a public official. Can we not file a Freedom of Information suit to get access to the entire report and file it with the DA or AG ourselves? What about a writ of mandamus suit to get the sheriff to perform his sworn duties? At the very least it would give opportunity for publicity.
