Update from Philadelphia District Attorney’s office

I received a call today from a B.J. Graham-Rubin, Chair of the Civil Division of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office. She stated that she could not find any documents relating to my complaint, which was originally filed in January of 2011. She is forwarding the complaint to the special investigations department.
My complaint relates to 12.20.2010 hearing in the Eastern District of PA. Court reporter removed 14 pages from the certified court transcript and arranged the rest to make it look as if the cross examination of the party never took place. Complaints were filed with the Chief Judge of the District and the Chief Judge of the Circuit with no results so far.
I requested an investigation of the actions of the court reporter and the cover up by the court. If High ranking judges are covering up actions of a court reporter who is falsifying an official court transcript and removing multiple pages to benefit a party in litigation, than we do not have a system of Justice.

If we had a Justice System, you would have already won your cases.
