    FOR DR. ORLY TAITZ:

    Re Rhodes case:

    In case you didn’t know:

Maj Rebecca Ausprung (the attorney for the Army in the Rhodes case) contributed $250 to O’s campaign and $400 to Dem party in 2008. Here is the link:

    https://www.newsmeat.com/fec/bystate_detail.php?st=VA&last=Ausprung&first=Rebecca

By the way, I saw a video of her walking into courthouse. The ribbon in the hair, as she wore it then, holding up her bun, is against military dress code regulations because it was conspicuous and not of a color as close to the soldier’s hair as possible:

“Hair-holding devices may be used only for securing the hair. Soldiers will not place hair-holding devices in the hair for decorative purposes. All hair-holding devices must be plain and of a color as close to the soldier’s hair as is possible or clear. Authorized devices include, but are not limited to, small, plain scrunchies (elastic hair bands covered with material), barrettes, combs, pins, clips, rubber bands, and hair bands. Devices that are conspicuous, excessive or decorative are prohibited. Some examples of prohibited devices include, but are not limited to, large, lacy scrunchies; beads, bows, or claw clips; clips, pins, or barrettes with butterflies, flowers, sparkles, gems, or scalloped edges; and bows made from hairpieces.” (Army regulation 670-1)

God Bless You and Keep You
