Russia provides further explanation that Obama regime will not like

For 5 years we have seen corrupt judge after corrupt judge coming up with the most idiotic excuses, why did they refuse to address on the merits the issue of Obama’s use of a stolen Social Security number 042-68-4425 of an immigrant from Russia Harry J. Bounel, as well as his use of laughable forgeries instead of valid IDs. Judges had no qualms about committing treason and being complicit in fraud and coup d’etat takeover of the nation by an Indonesian-Kenyan con artist with stolen and fabricated IDs.

Most popular excuses were lack of standing of presidential candidates,  or a claim that primary election is not really an election, too early, too late or a claim that there is no specific law stating that the sec of state has to check legitimacy of  a candidate even though the function of the sec of state was to administer lawful elections.

Now Russia provided the answer to the US State Department regarding their decision not to extradite Snowden. Russia does not have a specific statute which would require it to forcefully send an individual to a foreign nation, particularly since Snowden did not commit any crime under the Russian law. Russian codes only have statutes which would allow people to leave voluntarily. Moreover, Russian Department of State did not find an international law that would require Russia to forcefully send Snowden to the U.S. where he can get as much as 20 years in prison. And now after Russia did not cave under threats or demands from the Obama regime, US is no longer demanding to extradite Snowden, but rather is asking nicely to do so. Snowden and Russian government do not believe that there is a true system of Justice in the U.S. today (and sadly they are right about it, we’ve seen it for the last 5 years) and they do not believe Eric Holder’s assurances that Snowden will not be tortured or executed. They see Snowden as a political freedom fighter for the American people similar to Professor Saharov during the Soviet Union and there is a push by many to write to the Nobel peace prize committee to give Snowden a peace prize for his selfless act taken to protect the US citizens from the tyranny of the Obama regime, as well as to protect people and nations outside the U.S.

, ссылаясь на американских экспертов, заявил, что Сноудену на родине грозит двадцать лет тюрьмы.

Как сообщили «Интерфаксу» в пресс-службе Минюста, Россия не может выдать Сноудена из-за отсутствия в международном праве термина «принудительное возвращение». «Термин „возвращение“ в российском законодательстве и практике применяется, как правило, к добровольному въезду лиц из-за границы в страну, гражданами которой они являются», — говорится в сообщении ведомства, поступившем в субботу в агентство в ответ на запрос.

В Минюсте отметили, что в контексте принудительной репатриации лица в государство гражданства данный термин в международном праве не употребляется.

Как заявили в ведомстве, период нахождения в транзитной зоне аэропорта Шереметьево Сноудена российскими законами не ограничен. «Сроки нахождения иностранного гражданина в транзитной зоре аэропорта, а также ответственность за нахождение длительное время без документов в транзитной зоне аэропорта законодательством РФ не установлены», — сказали в пресс-службе Минюста в ответ на запрос «Интерфакса» о разрешенных сроках пребывания Сноудена в Шереметьево.

В сообщении ведомства отмечается, что решение о предоставлении временного убежища «принимается территориальным органом ФМС России по месту подачи иностранным гражданином письменного заявления с просьбой о предоставлении возможности временно пребывать на территории РФ в срок, не превышающий трех месяцев со дня подачи заявления».

Напомним, что Эдвард Сноуден бежал в Гонконг в мае 2013 года, после чего обнародовал информацию о секретных операциях спецслужб США по слежке в Интернете. С 23 июня по настоящее время он находится в транзитной зоне аэропорта «Шереметьево». В США добиваются выдачи Сноудена, чтобы привлечь его к уголовной ответственности за обнародование секретной информации.

Как известно, Сноуден обратился с официальной просьбой о предоставлении временного убежища в России. Согласие предоставить ему убежище ранее выразили Венесуэла, Боливия и Никарагуа.

Ранее посол США в России Майкл Макфол сообщил в своем микроблоге в Twitter, что Соединенные Штаты не требуют экстрадиции Сноудена, а просят его возвращения в страну.

Между тем, в субботу Алексей Пушков со ссылкой на американских экспертов заявил, что Сноудену на родине грозит 20-летнее тюремное заключение. «США заявили, что не будут казнить Сноудена. Американские эксперты говорили мне, что его ждут 20 лет тюрьмы. Но его отец не верит в справедливый суд», — написал он в своем микроблоге в Twitter.

Отметим, что отец бывшего сотрудника ЦРКУ Лон Сноуден ранее заявил, что на месте сына постарался бы найти безопасное убежище, так как не верит в возможность справедливого суда в США.

    The sanctimonious rhetoric about law and justice aside, the actions of Russia Re. Snowden seem inexplicable (because Russia could not care less about the law and justice per se).

    During last 5 years Russia has been interested to keep Obama/Soetoro in power and to stay in good relationship with an illegitimate government of America. With that in mind, to extradite Snowden would be the simplest and most reasonable thing to do for Russia. I have no explanation for their reluctance to do so beside perhaps their hopes to milk more from Snowden in the future…

    In such a situation, American patriots must stress out time and again that America itself is now an illegitimate nation ruled by an illegitimate government.

    Alexander: I agree. After reading the category and thinking of WHY? this is happening, I personally think that Putin is the only one (I can remember) that Obama hasn’t been successful with when he wanted to accomplish something!

    Could it be that something very deep and covert
    is transpiring right before out eyes?? This is rather strange!

    In reply to the Constitution: No, for me the current actions of Russians do not look like anything covert and important which is going to change the world soon. They merely prefer to keep a person whose CIA service may be useful for them later… As to Putin not licking Obama’s shoe, it is the general stance of Russia which keeps confrontation with the entire Western world almost as zealously as the USSR did.
