   A man who says he went to Columbia University…to HARVARD LAW SCHOOL and was President of HARVARD LAW REVIEW…and he didn’t KNOW he had to answer a motion…One has to question if the schools records are genuine or is he a CIA plant…or both.

   Counsel Patrick,

   If this SSN belongs to a dead man, what interest is it for you to even file the motion?

   The SSN doesn’t belong to Barry Soetorah so why file 2 days late after the deadline?

   I don’t see Judge England, or any other judges giving Orly any kind of considerate consideration.

   You had an oversight.. It took you 17 days to figure out you had an oversight.

   Why prevent the right of citizens to release under the foia to see a piece of paper to show Harrison Bounell assigned to this SSN?

   1) It has been 123 years since SSN was issued.
   2) FOIA since 2009
   3) Judge release??? This is ridiculous…

   Again, Patrick..It’s not Barry Soetorah’s SSN..
   Puhlease..

   More news sites need to carry news about your lawsuits because you’re the only attorney that is working 24 hours 7 days a week and have a lot of cases pending in the courts.

   At this point, it is like every other attorney has just given up. But not you, because you are always working 24 hours 7 days a week pro bone oh. We need more attorneys with your fortitoode. Bless you, Orly Taitz. It looks like you are our only hope.

   Dr. Taitz submitted to the court a Motion For Reconsideration that stated two undeniable facts:

   1 – On 06.13.2013 Defendant and his attorneys were served…
   2 – Defense did not oppose the motion

   The Defendant’s attorney submitted to the court an unsubstantiated unproven claim that they missed the deadline because they were mistaken.

   Judge Lamberth can’t possibly accept Stuart Delery’s word for why they did not file a motion to oppose by the required deadline. The dog ate my homework? I had a bad day? I had more important things to do? We were busy planning a trip to Africa? Whatever. There is no proof that their claim of incompetence is why they did not file in time. This cannot be accepted by Judge Lamberth without proof.

   Dr. Taitz presented facts. Mr. Delery made up an excuse. This is unambiguous. Judge Lamberth must reject Delery’s request to file an opposition motion after the deadline to do so has passed. Judge Lamberth must grant Dr. Taitz’s motion for reconsideration.

   In the “Defendant’s Motion For Leave to File Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion for Reconsideration” Principle Deputy Assistant Attorney General Stuart Delery writes “Defendant failed to file its opposition by that date because counsel for defendant mistakenly read this court’s June 7, 2013 Order denying plaintiff leave to file a motion for reconsideration as applying to plaintiff’s June 13 20-13 motion.”

   Of course they are confused-truth has a way of not allowing loop holes and fraud to continue. Lies upon lies, that have been built upon lies do become confusing because you can’t keep track of the multitude of lies piled upon each other.

   FACTS- barry soetero was/is a foreigner. He never registered for Selective Service. He doesn’t have a legitimate birth record. He doesn’t have a valid SS#. He never legally became the 44th prez. That is still to be fulfilled. The putative usurping role of barry O’soetero will be null & void and a real 44th prez will come after a special election. That will also usher in the need for a totally new CONgress, agency directors, military leadership, and SCOTUS since ALL have broken their oath and have become treasonous enemies of the Republic.

   Whistle blowers unite- truth tellers TELL IT ALL. We WANT OUR COUNTRY BACK !

   Birdy, you have to keep telling yourself that we aren’t dealing with Judges who are on the level. This clown Lamberth is so far over his head in ObamaForgeryGate that he will do whatever they tell him. When you say he couldn’t possibly accept another phony baloney stall tactic, you’re kidding yourself. He has before and he will again. He is a Treasonous Criminal who is on the take!
