We have a good precedent, where Judge Lamberth granted a motion for reconsideration after the case was originally closed and ordered the government to pay $1,000,000 in damages to the plaintiff

There is a precedent where Judge Lamberth originally dismissed the case against the CIA and closed the case. However,  when new information became available, he reconsidered, ruled in favor of the plaintiff and granted $1,000,000 in damages to be paid by the CIA and the Department of Justice for lying.

We have a great precedent. We are not looking for a million dollars, we are just looking for a Social Security application of a person who was born in 1890.  The public can ask the court to expedite a ruling on a case of national importance, such as usurpation of the US Presidency by a criminal using a stolen Social Security number an forged IDs.

    I would TAKE the million dollars. Reimburse for all expenses and billable time spent, and donate the rest to Wounded Warriors, or the org that coordinates the $15,000 motorized superwheelchairs so desperately needed by approx 1700 severely wounded veterans. Bill O’reilly’s website would have the name…it escapes me right now.

    MAKE THEM PAY (God knows they are swimming in ocean’s of hard earned taxpayer’s money, and whatever other stealth fund pools we will never know about).

    In the aftermath of the NSA being exposed for mass spying on innocent citizens, we have learned what most of us already knew. Terrorism experts have confirmed that real terrorists don’t use Verizon, Skype, E-Mail, ICloud, Google, etc, for communication or research purposes. They use highly complex encryption methods that we wouldn’t have the slightest idea about. The real terrorists access sites that no Patriot would stumble upon even by accident, an obscure part of the Internet known as the “undernet.” Yes, as most of us already knew, programs such as the formerly secret Prism Program is set up to spy on True Patriotic Americans.

    A billion dollar award would not be enough to repair the election process, if only vetting is scrutinized. Electronic voting will never be verifiable without a secure paper trail. Citizenship confirmation is also vital.

    each case has strength in its own merit, however there is synergism as well, as it shows modus operandi of fraud, forgery, fabricated docs, identity theft and treason.
