    On Tea Party Community Hub there is a poster blog that says the Harvard Law Book Review 1991 Year book has the same forward to the book written supposedly by him stating he is from Kenya as well.

    If the loans to Barry Soebarkah were given by the US government, to a foreign student, why could it not be accessed by the public, you as an Attorney, or the press ?
    Is this information not part of the Public Record, and by law cannot be kept secret, or is it Classified, as part of the battle against terrorists ?
    Was the Loan extended to Soetoro by the State of New York, or the Federal Government ?

    Francisco, it was a Federal Loan issued thru the State of New York so the records were kept on file there. This is the State Agency where the courageous whistleblower was employed and had access to the records of Soebarkah receiving aid to a foreign student. He never paid back the money. I guess when you consider he never bothered to pay 17 parking tickets, why would we even begin to think the deadbeat would pay his student loans back?

    even if she does not provide the actual document, it is irrelevant, I have her information, I confirmed that she works for the agency. we can subpoena her or subpoena the records
    Now I am getting more info from more sources
