t this article, here is my response.
1. They seem to fault me for not prevailing over Obama yet. well, it is extremely hard to go after the most powerful man on the planet.
I’ve done more than any other attorney in this area and I am doing everything humanly possible
2. Taitz v Astrue is only one in 5 cases currently before the courts.
Other cases include a. Taits et al v Democratic Party, Obama, Onaka, et al. this is the RICO case, Racketeering Corrupt Influenced Organizations. this case is going on since February 2012
b Taitz v Obama, Feinstein, et al was reinstated by Kathleen O’Leary, Chief Judge of the Forth district Court of Appeals in CA after it was initially dismissed
c. Grinols v Electoral College, Obama, Secretary of State of Ca, U.S. Congress et al in the 9th Circuit
d. Judd ey al v Obama et al in the 9th circuit
Aside from these 5 cases there are more coming and I am painstakingly gathering information and preparing the platform through FOIA requests and other means. You will see more actions i the near future
3. I never stated that Arpaio and Zullo can bring charges, I stated that they can and have to file an official criminal complaint or a long form complaint with the district Attorney of Maricopa County AZ and file a coy with the Attorney general of AZ and the U.S. Attorney for the district of AZ
4. They are saying that the evidence is 100% court room proof. I believe it is and ultimately it is for the judge to decide. Judge Lamberth would not have given a leave of court to file 74 pages of motions and documents, if he did not believe that it is warranted.
Finally, there is some type of tampering with this site, I can’t delete words, cut and paste, something is wrong again.
also, yesterday, when I had to e-mail pleadings to the 9th circuit by 5 pm deadline, suddenly I was blocked from sending e-mails by Google. I was frantic. Finally, I remembered that my dental office manager had an appealing dentistry e-mail account and that the pass word was one of the dental procedures. It was both stressful and hilarious, the way I was going through dental procedures trying to jog my memory, get the password and send an e-mail to court.

I’ve received message after message from PP Simmons, ORYR, and “others” telling me I need to back off Showboat Arpaio and “give him time”. He has had plenty of time to take action, but he has proven to be nothing more than a beggar. I’ve made no secret of the fact, with the assistance and cooperation of the United States Postal Inspection Service and several Districts’ United States Attorneys, a prosecution of Showboat Arpaio and his “Cold Case Posse” for mail fraud and wire fraud are highly likely. The United States Postal Inspection Service has, over its entire history, achieved a 99.8% conviction rate. In my opinion, Arpaio, et al, are simply PT Barnum style money grubbing confidence artists…

Ixquick is a search engine that is supposed to be really good about not allowing snoopers.
I use it, sometimes, but I have nothing I don’t want out on mine. I do not have anything like what you are doing going. You are working enough for 10 or 15 people, Lol. Anyway,I hope I helped a little. Just research out that Ixquick and make sure they are who they say they are.

The question SHOULD BE:
Is America still a Constitutional Republic or a state dhimmitized to serve a non-natural born, constitutionally Unauthorized caliph?
Is the Constitution the SUPREME LAW of the LAND, or has America suffered a rather savvy coup d’état which has fulfilled Al Qaeda’s forewarning to us: “to bring down the USA FROM THE TOP in a way citizens would NOT UNDERSTAND until it was TOO LATE.”
That is the question.
Perhaps your readers, Dr Orly, have some opinions on this matter. Anyone who supports the Constitution above subversion is a heroine.

I remember back in February, I was sitting at my computer, in tears, again, after I was reading about Obama’s plans for a civil war with Americans over our guns. ,an article in the Europeon times. After you went to Washington Dc, in March I think…Congress started standing up to Obama, a few stepped out, and then others started joining in.
You have already made a difference, I shudder to think about where we would be, and what a blessing you are to us.

well if I didn’t know any better Orly, there guitar case isn’t filling up very fast, there way out of tune and the only thing they know what to do is go to the next corner and try to outplay you by putting your guitar out of tune. I think they broke a couple strings though!! Know what I mean? GD sore looser!!
