Appellate Courts Overview

Appellate courts do not try cases, have juries, witnesses, or court reporters. They review actions or decisions of the trial courts by review- ing the record on questions of law or allegations of procedural error. In carrying out this review, the appellate courts are restricted to the evidence and exhibits presented at the trial court level. Following are some resources you may also find helpful:

Read the guidelines of the Supreme Court of AL below, they do not allow any witnesses, or any new evidence, they only review the records from the lower court and evidence from the lower court. Arpaio cannot appear in front of the Supreme Court of AL, cannot submit anything there. The only thing he can and has to do, is file a criminal complaint in AZ, with his DA. Tell Arpaio, Zullo and Carl Gallops to stop the BS. Tell Arpaio to file a criminal complaint immediately or refund all the money he collected, when he did press conferences and made promises for a year but never filed the criminal complaint with his DA and AG”

   Latest Finding on Benghazi Gate: it has now been revealed why the Soebarkah Rogue Regime and Billary Clinton refused to send additional security personnel to the compound in Benghazi. They already had the security force they wanted in place and you are not going to believe who they were!!!!! It was a terrorist force of AlQueda members!!!!!!!! This is why they didn’t want additional security forces or reactionary teams to arrive to rescue anyone. The AlQueda security team were in on the attack!

   I do not understand why Sheriff Joe, Investigator Zullo, & Carl Gallops will not help you,Orly. Why did they start an investigation, if they didn’t intend to follow through with helping to remove the fraud in our WH.

   I emailed the MCSO from the contact link on their web site. I wasn’t very polite, but I wasn’t disrespectful or vulgar. I asked a simple question, about obstruction of justice. A law enforcement agency has credible evidence, witness testimony, probable cause and reasonable suspicion that a crime is in progress. The next logical step would be an arrest, to prevent further harm, and damage in the continence of the criminal activity. Then, a bail hearing would be set, then an arraignment, jury selection, etc. Once all the components of a crime have established, and there is material proof of a crime, someone is obligated to act. A person with powers to arrest, and the knowledge of a crime in progress, who fails to act, is obstructing justice. Am I missing something here.

   The reason why no criminal complaint has been filed by Sheriff Arpaio is that he is afraid of Barry Sorobarka, or he is in it for political purposes. Otherwise, he would have already file the charges. There is no doubt that Barry Sorobarka released the fake birth certificate, because it was officially released by the White House, which means it was authorized by the president (so called). Therefore, Arpaio cannot claim that they need to find the person responsible for creating the forgery, it does not matter if a 3rd party created it, it was released by the White House as an ‘official document’. Therefore Barry Sorobarka can be charged with a crime. What else do you need to know? He is afraid.

   i hope alabama will review article 2 and make jackass show his real bc. the nbc clause is a simple law and the son of a alien was not even a citizen until father naturalized at time of Framers. I am glad the ccp spoke about this but i hope joe proves orly wrong and files a complaint, it has been almost 2 years

   We have been saying the same thing about these losers for over a year now. Here are the facts:

   Arpaio and Zullo have had over 18 months to final criminal charges. They have not. They will not. They only want to hold press conferences and raise vast sums of money.

   Donald Trump will never support you, Orly, and he will NEVER release his “investigators reports” that were supposedly carried out in Hawaii 25 months. Trump promised his findings would be “explosive”. 25 MONTHS later, we still expecting the arrival of a damp squib.

   Not ONE judge, and not ONE administrative law official has ever sided with us, Orly. They always side with the Obots.

   Trump, Arpaio and Zullo are total losers. Their refusal to keep their words, and do their jobs, is the only proof we need. They have betrayed the Great Cause.

   The Supreme Court should be shut down for Good.
   It no Longer does the Job It was created to do. All Justices should be fired and Pensions revoked and assigned 9 to 5 jobs at McDonald’s flipping burgers for America. And Every other Court and Judge that will not here the most important case in American History. 9 to 5 at Burger King for them. making fries for America.

    Wow. Obama is not doing to well with the american people. We are all on to him. The cat is out of the bag. Everyone knows the truth about him. I just read a sinister posting on yahoo concerning Obama’s juice and the GOP. The replies were excoriating about Obama and his policies. I read 40 replies and not one supported the POTUS. Its almost time Orly. Its almost time. When the real story breaks loose there will be no riots and black folks wont care (I’m black). Maybe we would have had his policies helped the black community, but they haven’t. There are a few die hard blacks that will support him but they will be very few in number. The jig is almost up.

    Georgette, Sheriff Joe took on the task of investigating Soebarkah due to the request of the Surprise Az Tea Party. A lot of deep pockets in that area that have supported Joe greatly over the years. He was granting their request but I don’t think he was prepared for the reality that Dr Taitz’ findings were in fact 100% valid and then some. Following his investigation, he had sitting in front of him the biggest scam ever perpetrated on the American people in its history. There is politics at play as to why he hasnt proceeded with his evidence. The FBI knows all about Hussein as well and Robert Mueller is a sick twisted evil man for harboring him!

    Can’t anyone see what is going on. Arpaio was being investigated and wanted it to stop. The only way to stop that was to get evidence to use against Barry to stop the investigation against Arpaio. Now it is one hand washes the other. The investigation against Arpaio stops and he won’t press charges.
    Neither care about the people, only the money they get from them. People want charges pressed and will give to Arpaio thinking he will do something when he won’t. Obo gets to keep all the donation money left from the campaign Arpaio get to keep the donations he gets so they both get rich and screw the people.
    It’s sad to see this country being destroyed from within, but that’s how it was intended.

    Jill, I like Dr Taitz and the rest of us here would like to see Sheriff Joe move the criminal case forward. The way you just described Joes actions wasnt the way I recall it. Soebarkah & his sidekick Holder knew they had a real adversary in Az with Sheriff Joe so they embellished accounts and riled up the MSM to attack him on certain issues yet Joe knew they were trying to intimidate him. Not one to be pushed into a corner he told em “hey if you think you have a legitimate case against me then bring it on!” The Regime realizing he had called their bluff backed off. That’s how it went down. Now as far as why he hasn’t moved with criminal prosecution, your guess is as good as mine. It’s long past due.

    I’ve seen women falsely accuse their ex-husbands of abuse and sexual abuse, so, I will not pass judgment of Larry Klayman. His ex-wife could have falsely accused him in order to deny him visitation rights or get back at him. Divorces are often messy, people often accuse each other.
    I’ll stick to the relatively “clean” area of elections fraud and constitutional rights
