More reports about corruption in the Federal government

There were whistle blowers within the IRS in Austin, Tx that uncovered massive tax fraud being committed by illegal aliens. They were using bogus SS#’s to file and many were claiming up to 12 dependent children who were living in Mexico & South America. These IRS agents were told by their superiors to just payout the claim and not worry about it. Some of the payments were in excess of $10k apiece.

Isn’t it the intention of the administration to destroy the economy, according to the Cloward-Piven plan?

Rod, what is your source for this? Please post a link. It would help Orly in getting her research started.

IRS seldom prosecutes any type cases involving less than $10,000.

This was reported in the lamestream a year ago.

I guess some honest liberals were wondering why the administration is not trying to solve the fraud problem.

Internal IRS agents had been sounding the alarm for MANY years.. I believe since 2001.

More than 2billion dollars worth..It’s probably triple that since the govt can’t keep good records…

I work in that division. It isn’t as bad as it used to be. The main problem is that much of what is allowed by IRS policy was put in place by NAFTA.

Illegal aliens from Mexico, Canada and India get to claim as many dependents as they want in order to zero out their full tax liability. The IRS is attempting to crack down on the practice by auditing those claiming the children to prove that the kids actually meet the residency requirement. That didn’t used to happen. In 2009 when I worked in the ITIN division I would regularly see between six and ten children and dependents claimed. Now the most I see are 5.

It is even worse than most people think, since the taxes being zeroed out are also SSN taxes on stolen and synthetic numbers and medicare payroll taxes. Since the IRS and the SSA do not communicate with each other, a looming problem will be the reconciliation of the refunds paid out and the taxes ‘paid’ to the SSA. So far, dispite all efforts to elevate this problem, no one is paying attention.

These IRS agents need to be subpoened by Congress and the persons who provided this advice need permanently fired along with those above them who agreed to this process.

I know personally Mexicans that have used fake SS# (just like barry soetero) They told me so. They also explain how they get over the border multiple times without prosecution. The rule of law is non-existent. Why do the Americans pay taxes? They could stop the charade immediately if all refused to pay.

It is a fact government workers have a very high delinquency of non-paid taxes.

It isn’t a State issue, it’s a Federal issue. It boils down to what we are facing regarding our border security. The Feds don’t uphold the Law.

Directed at 2discern. You say we all should stop paying taxes. Are you aware that there IS NO LAW REQUIRING US TO PAY FEDERAL INCOME TAXES! Several people tried not to and went to court, yet they went to prison. How can that be?
