I have a serious concern, what do you think?

There is one issue that really concerns me: why in light of evidence of forgery would plaintiffs seek a certified copy of Obama’s birth certificate and not examination of the original?
Originally there were 45 attorneys and hundreds of pro se plaintiffs, who filed election challenges and legal challenges. At the end, people got frustrated, overwhelmed and aside from me only one other attorney has a case, and he recently filed an appellant’s brief in AL. The brief is seeking an appeal of the denial of the Petition of writ of mandamus, an order for the Secretary of State to seek a certified copy of Obama’s birth certificate.
Probably there is no person in the country who wants this case to be heard on the merits and succeed more than I do, I hope this case is heard on the merits, however I am concerned about a couple of problems. One, of course, is the notion by the Secretary of State that she has no duty to seek the certified copy and that it is moot. Let’s say 2 out of 3 judges on the panel rule for the plaintiffs (there are 7 judges in this court and we do not know if Roy Moore will be on the panel of 3 who actually hear this case), let’s say the court grants requested relief, which of course is very unlikely. What happens next? I am extremely concerned that the same registrar from the state of HI, who was complicit for 4 years now will certify another copy of the same forgery and this will be used as a big victory by Obama over the birthers. Obama will claim that this is the ultimate proof. Why are attorneys in AL asking for a certified copy instead of the examination of the original?
Rule 1003. Admissibility of Duplicates
A duplicate is admissible to the same extent as the original unless a genuine question is raised about the original’s authenticity or the circumstances make it unfair to admit the duplicate.
This is a federal rule, which is similar to the rules of evidence in every state. Why aren;t they asking examination of the original?
This happened twice before. Rules of civil procedure require production of the original in light of the evidence of forgery. Any attorney knows that. However, Secretary of State of KS Chris Kobach and Secretary of State of AZ, Bennett, requested certified copies, Alvin Onaka certified the same forgery and not only this did not help, it actually hurt the case, as all the media trumpeted that Conservative Secretaries of state Kobach and Bennett announced that they are satisfied with the certified copies. This caused Obama media machine to attack me 10 times more, calling me names, saying: how come Attorney Orly Taitz is continuing the fight, she must be a racist. I am afraid that the same can happen in AL and it will only hurt us. Moreover, I am concerned about the fact that in their case they only provided one affidavit from Arpaio and no other affidavits. In my cases I have 150 pages of affidavits from law enforcement and experts. The court might state that if Arpaio were to believe that a crime was committed in his state of AZ, he had a duty to file a criminal complaint with his District Attorney. If he did not do this, it indicates to the court that he is not sure that the crime was committed. I do not know, why didn’t they include other evidence. The complaint talks only about Arpaio, who never filed a criminal complaint, which a sheriff would normally do if a crime is committed, and they are talking about Corsi, who is just a journalist. I do not know, why the complaint does not include, for example, a sworn affidavit of Jeffrey Stephan Coffman, who is a retired Chief Investigator of the special investigations unit of the U.S. coast guard. Coffman sent to Arpaio the results of his findings regarding Obama’s forged Selective Service certificate. Arpaio only confirmed those findings, just as he confirmed other findings. If one does not have a valid Selective Service certificate he cannot work in the executive branch, meaning he cannot work as a U.S. President.
I do not know if any changes can be made in AL cases in this late stage, after the Appellant’s brief was already filed, but I am concerned that it might backfire. What do you think?

There never was a certified copy! Think about it. If there was a certified copy then it would have been available for inspection back in April when the WH released “it.” The story line was Zippos lawyer flew to Hawaii to pick up “TWO” certified copies. But the HW posted an electronic version that has been shown to be a computer generated file.
So why would one fly to Hawaii to pick what could of been emailed?

Even if a Birth Certificate is produced, even if the hurdle of his SS# is some how explained away. There still is the fact that no matter what President Obama is still ineligible to be President. Plan and simply He is Not a ‘Natural Born Citizen”. This is one fact smoke and mirror’s can not hide. It would seem that the fradulent aquisition of a Social Security card would be the pry bar to open the case against Obama. By pressing the point there with actual evidence of it being Harry Bournel’s, and not a reissue, should be the most provable and qualify as High Crimes and Misdemeanors in any court.
By Democrat standards, the drug cartel lord, Guzman, could run for president and he certainly could buy the election.

It’s clear that the officials in AL are secret Obots, whose silence and consent has been paid for.
If they do not ask for the original, they are admitting consent to fraud.
If they do not DEMAND the original, they are granting consent to fraud.
By refusing to DEMAND access to the original documents, they have given up before the fight even begins.
They must all be impeached NOW, before they can do more damage, and allow Obama to say “SEE! Told you so!” which is what will happen. Inevitably.
You are right to worry. These people are already acquiescing in traitorous treason, before the hearing has even begun.

nobody saw the actual newspaper with the birth announcement. We saw only a copy in the computer file. Also, at the time the birth certificates and birth announcements came from a form filled out by a relative without any verification

I think it is very important to push the stolen Social Security Number issue. This is an issue of fact and not an issue of law so it should be easier to turn the affidavit evidence into testimonial evidence, which mandates Obama respond personally or with witnesses as to why he is using a dead mans Social Security number to file his taxes. This opens the door to other issues like the Selective Service issue. In fact it also opens the door to all collateral issues!

Attorneys in AL asking for a ‘Certified Copy’ of Obama’s fictitious HI ‘Certificate of Birth’ is like Arpaio saying “we’re not accusing Obama of anything, we’re looking for the ‘printing press operator’ who gave him the ‘bad checks’ that Obama has been passing all over the country (and the world).”
Sheeeesh! How dumb is that. Imagine the shame they must feel as they look themselves in the mirror each day wondering:

On Page 26 of “Dreams of My Father”, Obama writes:
OBAMA – “DREAMS FROM MY FATHER”:
“I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school,”
While this brief quote does not state WHAT article it is that Obama found, it does mention that he found it WITH his BIRTH CERTIFICATE. This would have been in the mid 70′s, so this birth certificate would not have been a computer generated document.

Greg Anderson, Dr Taitz pursued the SSA on the stolen SS# issue for several years. The Commissioner up in Ct where it was issued is blocking access to the records. She filed in DC to order the release of those records and another willing co-conspirator sitting on the bench refused her access saying it was not pertinent info for us to know. That’s the sort of criminals she goes up against everytime. The Judges arent fair and impartial jurists of our courts they’re Commie hack lap dogs for Hussein Soebarkah!

I follow and read everything about the eligibility issue, but had not heard that certified birth certificate copies were sent to Kansas and Arizona.
Can you tell me which cases this happened in?
Also, Arpaio and Zullo are now, for the first time, implicating Obama for the forgeries and say he is guilty of multiple felonies. They also say they have new secret evidence that is 100% airtight against him, and have been showing it to many important people, in order to get some backing and support, to break the case open to the mainstream.
Any idea what they may have?

Orly, you are ok. You were compelled to ask for his BC, and the only one he has is the forged one. Of course he can always plead that he misplaced his original and this one is offered as a “reasonable substitute”.

He has never had an original copy of an American BC. His wife has a certified copy of his Kenya BC. Have you ever tried to correspond with her. Your story? Right now, Mes. It seems you answered your own question:

Intent. Your intent is to see the original. Their intent is to keep you from seeing the original. They are evading the core issue, in that the purpose of anyone being able to use a certified copy is for convenience of having access to a legal copy, certified by them for those who are not in a position to see the read copy and to use in business.
NOW: The question goes deeper. The original BC is what is in question. The copies are not for being used as some business matter, etc. (Of course we know that.) The original is what is in question. If the original is in question what is taken off it is in question.
There can be no substitute for the original that needs to be independently verified. That is why the original is kept, in case something ever comes up. SOMETHING IS US HAWAII.
Sort of like a master disk made for making music discs, or the original hard drives in computers. If something is flawed, then all the discs will have a flaw. There is but One original. It is not the certified copies in question.

Secretaries of state of KS and AZ requested verifications and got certified copies, it is in my KS and MS case
I talked to Zullo, I do not believe they have any substantially new evidence. They talked to a few congressmen, but ultimately Arpaio did not do the most absic thing he had to do as a sheriff, he never filed the crimial complaint

It is laughable! The country has changed into a banana republic! It is so strange that a common citizen has to show nothing less than original certificates of birth and education for any job in the government. They cannot just show the copy of an original.
But, when it comes to the highest office, all and sundry have blinders on their eyes and want to see only certified ‘copies’ of the original.
In fact, when the copy was unvieled in the WH, an overwhelmed psychophant journalist [woman] even ‘FELT’ the seal on the ‘COPY’!!!
Is that even possible??
Do the judges and congressmen also ‘feel’ the raised ‘seal’ on a copy, in their emotional state of reverence?? And that too a horribly done forgery- a computer generated Birth Certificate!!! How do they ‘feel’ that ‘seal’??? Beats me!!

Henry, was that really you asking that question? What are you getting at? Are you thinking Michelle will give up the goods on Soebarkah to save herself? Like in turning states evidence in order to go under ground in some sort of witness protection program? They would have to send her to Africa as she would be spotted anywhere here in the US. It’s a bit of a stretch but with Soebarkah and Reggie Love getting serious she may turn on him. You may be onto something here.

I have read multiple times from different sources that only a verification letter was sought and received by the Secretary of State of Arizona, and not a certified copy of the long form birth certificate. I also thought the same happened in Kansas.
I am confused that you are saying that “certified copies were sent”. So, just to clarify, do you mean that certified copies of the long form were sent to the Secretaries of State of AZ and KS? If they were, were they also submitted to the court? And were they made public?
