   We, The People, declare that the person who goes by the name of Barack Hussein Obama II, is not eligible to serve as president of the United States by reason of not meeting the legal definition of a natural born citizen according the Constitution of the United States of America, and we further declare that the office of President of the United States of America is legally vacant, and the results of the United States presidential election of 2012 are legally null, void, and unenforceable under United States law.

   Get a simple majority of the citizens of each state to sign a this statement and it’s game over.
