Question and answer: what is the difference between a complaint brought by a private attorney and a complaint brought by a sheriff.

People are asking me, why there is a need for Sheriff Arpaio to file a criminal  complaint against Obama?  A lot of people are saying that the judiciary is all corrupt and rotten, seeing the judges and congressmen and corrupt media bury all the evidence makes them sick, what a criminal complaint from a sheriff will do?

Well, there is a big difference. A Sheriff can do a lot more, than a private attorney or a pro se plaintiff. A sheriff can file an application with a judge seeking a warrant for a search and seizure. He can forward this warrant to a court in HI and DC, to get a reciprocal warrant and actually conduct a search of the vault of the Health Department in Hawaii and search for the Birth certificate. Same with all the other papers. When a citizen brings a criminal complaint to a District Attorney or attorney General or FBI, they can throw it in the garbage and indeed all the corrupt officials of ObamaNazi regime did just that. However,when  a sheriff brings a signed and stamped criminal complaint to the DA or a AG, they have to take some action. They may refuse to prosecute, however  in this case they might be subject to a criminal complaint of public corruption, which can be filed against them. Also, when Arpaio writes to a congressman or meets with the congressman and asks him to act, this congressmen would ask: did you file a criminal complaint, did you act upon it? Show me a copy of the complaint that you filed.

If Arpaio did not file anything after a year of press conferences and fund raisers, the congressman does not believe there is a serious case. If Arpaio filed a complaint and can produce a copy to the congressman and states: “I filed it, but my DA is corrupt and needs to be prosecuted together with Obama”, than it is a different story. 

In sales there is a saying: “If you want to sell a product, give a buyer a sense of urgency”. For example: the sale ends today, tomorrow this car will cost $5,000 more. If you keep just donating to Arpaio without demanding that he take action, he has no incentive to stick his neck out and file the criminal complaint: what for? donations keep coming.

The only incentive and sense of urgency will be you saying: we want to support you, but we want to see you take action. Sheriff Arpaio, file the criminal complaint today, show us a filed, stamped copy with a “received” stamp from your District Attorney and Attorney General, then we will donate and will support you, otherwise we donated for a year, you told us about all this evidence, but so far we got nothing, no criminal complaint. You have to draw the line and push for action, if you want to get results.

I was told many years ago, by a prominent Ohio attorney, that ‘judges come from attorney’s that couldn’t make it in private practice’.  Many are bought and paid for before they render their first verdict.   Watching Orly go against the judicial system reminds me of how much truth there was in that statement.

What good will it do to file a criminal complaint? The black robes won’t do anything but dismiss it. Look at all the complaints that Orly has filed, and each and every time, the black robe society has found a way to corrupt the system, because THEY ARE ALL CORRUPT, and no wonder, they are flesh and blood.

    In my view the Tea Party is absolutely corrupt and under the control of the Nazis. They have done nothing about Bush and the US Navy involvement in 9/11 and are absolutely silent on the German born Bush LIES to kill thousands in Iraq and waste two trillion dollars there.

    The story goes that 250 Tea Party members forced Sheriff Joe to take action. So where are the 250 Tea Party members today where Old Joe gets far more money to take to the grave. Is Old Joe a Nazi? If he speaks broken English he is by his actions or lack thereof.

    With each passing day, Arpaio’s failure to file criminal complaint against the felon in the WH is starting to look more like dereliction of duty and obstruction of justice.

    Is thier a Statue of Limitations on his Findings? Dad had an Old Saying “S–t, or Get Off The Pot!” The guy is 80 years Old, rightfully he has NO real purpose being in the position he is in.

    Sorry to say this, but the sheriff took us for away easy ride.
    We gladly give him our hard earn money.
    Just today, I received a email asking for money.
    No way! Sorry,
    I didn’t serve 10 years in combat arms, to have our voices silenced!

    Sheriff Arpaio thought that information alone would unseat Obama. WRONG. The truth needs a conduit to the masses and our media has failed in its duty. The logical next step is to make the criminal complaints OFFICIAL, as is Arpaio’s duty to his state and nation. If he does not, he violates his oath of office and his sin is the sin of omission;someday he will be held accountable.
