Attorney Orly Taitz filed a motion to recuse/disqualify Department of Justice from representing the U.S. Congress and other defendants in Grinols et al v Electoral College, U.S. Congress, Biden and Obama 12-cv-02997
U.S. Attorneys office/Department of Justice appeared in court as an attorney for the U.S. Congress, but went behind the backs of the members of the U.S. Congress and kept them in the dark in regards to Obama’s use of forged IDs and a stolen Ct Social security number 042-68-4425
When served with subpoenas, members of the U.S. Congress chose a different attorney to represent them: Chief Counsel of the House of Representatives. Attorney Taitz, who is representing the Presidential Electors and Presidential Candidates moves the court to recuse the Department of Justice from acting as as defendants’ attorney in the case due to fraud, due to unethical conflict of interest and due to filing pleadings in the case without any knowledge of the parties they claim to represent and taking a position diametrically opposite to the position of their clients.

Well done Orly. I’m not a lawyer but your ability and tenacity is absolutely commendable. God grant us success in this effort.
My Senators (Sessions and Shelby) continue to respond to my emails regarding the Obama fraud and his sitting as president illegally by referring to impeachment. It is a convenient method of delay and confusion of the issue.
We’ll prevail if we “faint not”.

Over at PhilanthropyDaily.com, I have a piece on two scandals breaking out in North Carolina. The first scandal involves thousands of improper voter registrations in a scam that was duplicated in all 50 states this election cycle. The second concerns left-wing nonprofits in the state, whose secret strategy to attack leading conservative office-holders was leaked. Even the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, which is North Carolina’s answer to the Ford Foundation, was gravely embarrassed, and the state GOP has filed formal complaints with the IRS and the State Board of Elections (SBE). Unfortunately, the SBE is at the center of the voter registration scandal:
The SBE general counsel wrote Civitas September 26, 2012, to assure them, “We were not contacted by any campaign, candidate, legislator, or political party” regarding registration. Yet the firm that SBE allowed to conduct “web-based” registrations brags on its website’s front page that its clients include “Presidential campaigns,” and its clients page lists “Obama for President Draft Committee.”

The Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation was established in 1936 as a memorial to the youngest son of the founder of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. In that year the brother and two sisters of Z. Smith Reynolds – R.J. Reynolds, Jr., Mary Reynolds Babcock, and Nancy Susan Reynolds Bagley – provided that their inheritance from his estate would go to the establishment of a trust for “charitable works in the State of North Carolina.” One of the initial trustees of the Foundation was Z. Smith Reynolds’ uncle, William Neal Reynolds, who at his death in 1951 created a trust that now provides a portion of the Foundation’s annual income.
In its history, the Foundation, as the beneficiary of the income from the Zachary Smith Reynolds Trust and the W. N. Reynolds Trust, has made grants to organizations in all of North Carolina’s 100 counties.
In 1946 the Foundation entered into a contract with Wake Forest University to move the college from the town of Wake Forest in Wake County to Winston-Salem. The Foundation has continued to have a special relationship with Wake Forest University over the years and provides annual support to it.
The Trustees of the Foundation established focus areas for the first time in the early 1980’s, recognizing the need to target the Foundation’s dollars in order to achieve a greater impact. The focus areas have changed through the years and, thus, what may have been a priority in the past may no longer be an emphasis of the Foundation’s funding. We recommend that all applicants review the focus area information listed on this web site in order to determine whether or not their work meets the Foundation’s desired results within the current focus areas, Community Economic Development, Strengthening Democracy, the Environment, Public Education, and Social Justice and Equity.
The Foundation makes grants only to nonprofit, tax-exempt, charitable organizations and institutions that are exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or to governmental units. No grants are made to individuals for any purpose. Organizations that operate both within and outside of the State of North Carolina may be eligible for consideration for programs operating in North Carolina. However, this Foundation is restricted to making grants supporting projects in North Carolina with the purpose of benefiting residents of North Carolina.

Police Departments Beg And Barter For Ammo While DHS Buys Up 1.6 Billion Rounds In Past Year

Subscribe to Gregory Gwyn-Williams, Jr. RSSThe nationwide shortage of ammunition has left many police departments scrambling to get their hands on the necessary rounds – with some even bartering among each other.
Meanwhile, Rep. Timothy Huelskamp (R-Kansas) says the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has failed to respond to multiple members of Congress asking why DHS bought more than 1.6 billion rounds in the past year.
Police Chief Cameron Arthur of Jenks, Oklahoma says, “Ammunition and assault weapons in general have skyrocketed…In addition to the fact, not only is it a lot more expensive, but the time to get it could be six months to a year, or in some cases even longer.”
Arthur says he is waiting on an order placed last October and that many departments have begun to trade and barter with each other because of the high demand.
“Most police departments are having a very difficult time even getting the necessary ammunition for handguns, shotguns and especially rifles,” Arthur said.
“With the delay in ammunition, some departments are limiting the number of rounds they carry in their handgun because of the shortage of ammunition. We get to the point where it is difficult to have enough ammo to train and also equip the officers.”
Chief Pryor of Rollingwood, Texas says of the shortage:
“We started making phone calls and realized there is a waiting list up to a year. We have to limit the amount of times we go and train because we want to keep an adequate stock.”
“Nobody can get us ammunition at this point,” says Sgt. Jason LaCross of the Bozeman, Montana police department.
LaCross says that manufacturers are so far behind that they won’t even give him a quote for an order.
“We have no estimated time on when it will even be available,” LaCross says.
He worries that when ammunition is finally available the high price will squeeze the department’s budget.
“The other options are to reduce the amount of training and things like that,” he said.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department has also cut down on firearm training due to the high cost and low supply of ammunition.
“The concern over firearms availability and ammunition availability and potentials of gun control certainly has impacted the availability of ammunition purchased locally,” Sgt. Jody Mays says.
He says the department has cut a third of their normal in service firearm training:
“It’s forced us…to use ammunition more economically.”
Police Chief John Mabry in Marinette, Wisconsin says, “Ammo is expensive and lot tougher to get. People don’t have it in stock and it’s back-ordered.”
His colleague, Menominee Chief, Brett Botbyl agrees: “We’re looking at a four to nine-month wait.”
Some departments have even applied for grants to pay for the high-priced ammunition.
“The Florence Police Department is looking for some help filling its clips,” reports Cincinnati.com
Chief Tom Szurlinski says the grant would go a long way given the price and limited supply of ammunition.

this is an old story. Arpaio held a press conference, raised money for over a year, but never filed a criminal complaint with the District Attorney and the Attorney general. The sheriff is paid a salary in order to investigate and file a criminal complaint with the DA, not to hold press conferences

The sheriff is in for the fight of his life! Sort of speak. He needs our money. So he knew we were a easy mark!

Orly, I admire you so much. I saw your plea at CPAC for someone to listen to you. We live in a nation of cowards. The media and the Leftists have mocked and name called to the point that elected officials would rather see the country destroyed than be called a name.
We have a person of unknown identity in the WH. If all papers are forged (and they are) then we have no way of knowing who he really is.
A recent poll showed 36% of Republicans believe he is not eligible and a very large percentage question.
