Has anyone noticed… The LF-COLB on the Whitehouse.gov website has been modified … The PDF file now has a size of 388,707 bytes — rather than the original 385,354 bytes of the Obama-certified “genuine” version, that existed there from 4-27-2011 until at least July 2011… However, the PDF Document Properties still shows the exact-same “Created” date — implying that no change has occurred.

Someone with Photoshop (or a similar program) can hopefully see what’s been modified or smiley-faced, within the latest PDF fabrication…

    Sorry, but this is incorrect.

    I just confirmed the PDF document at that link still has a size of 385,354 bytes and creation date 4-27-2011. No changes have been made. I used Windiff and 010 Editor, applications which have the capability to perform byte-by-byte comparisons between multiple files, and found them to be identical to the one I downloaded in April 2011.

    Your PDF file is slightly larger than the original by 3,353 bytes. This could be a problem for you. If you are using a Windows system and do not have the latest security patches for Windows, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and anti-virus/anti-spyware, there is a good chance that you might have spyware/malware/virus attached to the PDF document you downloaded.

    The pdf was changed within days of videos appearing on Youtube.
