   Did you want the other Congress people that we contact to join the meeting you will be having on March 5th 11:30-12:00?

   Or do you want us to have separate meetings on that day? I understand it depends if they are local or in Washington. Enough said..You can email me if need be.

   Let me know since I’m working on mine who is also on the Judiciary Committee..

   Called the 202 225 3951 number for Kathryn Rexrod and got a lady named Sue or Susan.

   Spoke to her about the Docket12A606 issues.
   Her feedback seem to be a loop. Possibly due to the fact the Judiciary committee is “investigating” to see if they have jurisdication…

   1) Not aware of any other federal agencies that oversee the Supreme Court
   2) The judiciary committe does not have jurisdication over the Supreme Court
   3) The Supreme Court oversees themselves
   4) The judicary committee only has jurisdiction on federal cases.
   5)I asked why this isnt federal case since these cases come from federal and go to the supreme court. Response :when it gets to the supreme court it is not “classified” as a federal case – it is the supreme court; different jurisdication
   6)Indicated Judiciary Committe aware of this and are looking into it.
   7) I asked who specifically is looking into the issues. Response: will follow up to see what the issues are but could not name a person who is overseeing looking into the issues
   8) Was told to contact the congress person so they could contact the Judiciary committee
   9) I asked if the congress person does not contact the committee who would follow up on the Judiciary committee? Response: It is best to go thru your congress person so they can contact the members on the Judiciary committee.
   10) I asked well if the Judiciary committe considers this issue a federal issue for which it doesn’t have jurisdiction to look into and if the congress person I ask doesn’t contact the members on the Judiciary committe how do I resolve the issue I’m trying to get address?
   Response: She repeated best to contact congress person to contact Judiciary committee.
   11) I then asked are you aware of any agency who can do oversight about issues regarding the clerks on the Supreme court since the Judiciary committee seems to not have juridiction but only can help in cases of impeachment? Response: Was not aware of any other agency who could oversee Supreme court issues?

   I then called the other number for Erin Newton at 202 225 5431.

   Same person named Sue or Susan picked up.

   I told her I was trying to contact Erin since the website said she was a person to contact Mr. Bob Goodlatte..

   1) She then asked who my congress person was. She transferred me to my congress person’s office.

   2) I spoke with the assistant to confirm if they got my letter I sent about a month ago.

   3) After addressing my concerns she indicated she found my letter.

   4) I asked how long for a reply can I expect on my congress person to address my issue. Response: It could take 1 month to 3 months.

   5) The assistant said she didn’t think my congress person was aware of the hearing Docket12A606 where the govt lawyers represented the congress person in Sacramento on Jan 4th. The assistant would forward my concerns to the Legislative dept for the congress person, give the congress person my letter and then try to get a response from congress person to address my concerns.

   6) I then asked if permissible to go the congress person’s office to get these issues addressed. Response: She said that would be appropriate.

   Have sent e-mail to Rep. Doug Collins, Georgia, member of Judiciary Committee requesting meeting for the same date of March 5.

   Will follow up on Monday.

   I keep asking Mark Levin to support you. He is a Constitutional attorney on WABC, 770 AM, New York. Knows his stuff.

   March 5 is a Propitious Day as it is a day Central to American History on which began one of the central events of the War of Independence.

   It is necessary to ask the Judiciary Comtee
   to contact OPM and to terminate or re-assign
   elsewhere the SCOTUS clerks (4 black, 1 white)
   who obstructed this matter, entered into conspir-
   acy, committed fraud and MISFEASANCE in the
   docketting matters of the case. Those clerks
   are CS employees (civil service), and can be
   reprimanded and terminated. Must let Justice
   John Roberts know all this behavior, via phone,
   via e-mail, via snail mail. Urgent. IMO.
   Everyone & everybody must complain!
