    Now that you’ve finally filed a real motion, with a hearing date (finally!), I have two things for you:

    1. Congratulations! A real motion with a hearing date. But, uh oh . . .

    2. Why didn’t you comply with Local Rules 7 and 37? Did Judge Carter exempt you from compliance at the hearing on July 13th?
