From left to right.
Justice Roberts looks concerned.  Ginsburg is totally asleep…The other Justices are trying to not nap..but probably will be unsuccessful.  Didn’t watch the sotu.  I only heard a few words and then I had to turn…
Take care..

With three of the Supremes missing from the SOTU speech, one with a severe fascial expression, one with his eyes close and head tilted back in a pose of disdain, another with an inquisitive look, and one sleeping, it does not vogue well for Humpty Dumpty at tomorrow’s Conference.

If a Non president gives a State of the Union Address, it is a Non-Event. Being the ladies and gentlemen they are, most sat there with good table manners, knowing that they were biding their time until a future Constitutional Chief executive speaks with the Authority that the people will vest in him/her.

Wow! Talk about putting everyone asleep! I figured right…not worth listening to! I guess I got a real low tolerance for pain and B.S.!

Whispers overheard around D.C. indicate that Ginsberg has been hopelessly addicted to opiates since her first bout with cancer.

Another pic on that slide show showed a 102 year old waiting to be honored for, maybe voting twice?

“Desiline Victor, 102, a sleepy-looking guest of first lady Michelle Obama, certainly deserved a nap if she wanted it. The Miami woman was being honored for her determination to vote in the last presidential election, enduring long lines and not one but two trips to the polls.”

If having to listen to Obama is not cruel and unusual punishment I don’t know what is. I think this matter should be brought to the Supreme Court.

The expression on Robert’s face is very telling. He is obviously thinking about your case.

Why is the deliveration of such consequential issue, as the legitimacy of a president, being done behind closed doors and away from the prying eyes of the American citizens ?
Here in Florida we have the Government-In-The- Sunshine Law, that prevents these type of meetings from occurring, perhaps this State law should also be made part of the Federal statutes.
