help needed in research

I got an e-mail from Sam Sewell  that yet another case is in discovery: a case of Michael Voeltz in FLorida, however I did not see an answer in that case being filed by the defense.

The case is not in discovery until the answer is filed or until there is an order by the judge denying a motion to dismiss. Can someone check, if an answer was filed in that case? If it was indeed filed, can someone please, forward it to me, I wanted to compare it to the answer filed  by the Secretary of State and the Democratic party of MS in my case in MS.

Also, there were 2 cases filed by attorney Irion on behalf of several plaintiffs. It was filed half a year ago in TX and TN. It was announced as a class action law suit.  I did not see an answer there. Was an answer filed by the defendants in those 2 cases, or was it only a motion to dismiss? If an answer as filed, can someone forward it to me?  Was there an order by the judge granting that case a class action status, I never saw that order either.

    Orly, Is there any connection or link that you have found or obtained concerning Obama and kgb, cia, or other intellegence services or other simular/related groups???

    I saw the order by the judge, she said that there was no proper service of the defendants

    Irion’s cases are stalled and are not going anywhere. We are running out of time. Any cases that are filed at the current time need to make “rapid Progress” through the courts or election boards. Once Obama is reelected and sworn in, it’s all over. Time is running out. Larry Klayman needs to make “Rapid Progress” with his Florida case.

    he can’t. there wasn’t even 30 days, there wasn’t even a motion to dismiss
