Was Chief Justice John Roberts Blackmailed To Support ObamaCare?
Many of us have questioned what causedRoberts to switch his vote on ObamaCare at the last minute, as repo…, and doing so, so late that the Conservative Justices were forced to rewrite their majority opinion to be minority dissent. These facts may answer that question.
In 2000 Justice Roberts and his wife Jane adopted two children. Initially it was apparent that the adoptions were “from a Latin American country”, but over time it has become apparent that the adopted children were not Latin American, but were Irish. Why this matters will become evident.
In 2005 the NY Times began investigating Roberts life as a matter of his nomination to the Supreme Court by George Bush. The Times was shortly accused of trying to unseal the adoption papers and intending to violate the anonymity of the adoption process… however there is more to the story.

The NEW YORK TIMES is looking into the adoption records of the children of Supreme Court Nominee John G. Roberts, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
The TIMES has investigative reporter Glen Justice hot on the case to investigate the status of adoption records of Judge Roberts’ two young children, Josie age 5 and Jack age 4, a top source reveals.
Judge Roberts and his wife Jane adopted the children when they each were infants.
Both children were adopted from Latin America.
A TIMES insider claims the look into the adoption papers are part of the paper’s “standard background check.”
Bill Borders, NYT senior editor, explains: “Our reporters made initial inquiries about the adoptions, as they did about many other aspects of his background. They did so with great care, understanding the sensitivity of the issue.”

MY COMMENTARY:
If these allegations prove to be true, Roberts could be kicked off of the Supreme Court and possibly the ruling on ObamaCare overturned. However, this poses another dilemma…
This would leave another open seat on the Supreme Court and another Obama appointee. Seems to me we’re damned if we do … we’re damned if we don’t … we lose again either way!

I understand Justice Roberts may have broken some sort of adoption law. I don’t make excuses even though it may have been for the good he thought he was doing. I could forgive him for that but for not following the Constitution in such important matters as upholding an unconstitutional healthcare law that enslaves every American and some whose lives will be lost prematurely because of it is unforgiveable. That said, he better make amends with the American people in ruling a right and just way in Orly’s case next week.

Why don’t we read about this in our Newspapers? Why don’t we hear about this on TV?
I’m truly afraid the fix is on. The Chicago political machine will overcome all opposition. Who wants to bet on Obama running for a third term?

The adoption of the two children is not as unlawful as what Obama has done to our country. He is an illegal president.He is a criminal and there is so much evidence too prove it.There is proof that he was born in Keyna. He has purposely defruadeded the people of the United States, and drove us into debt.
He has NO feelings of compasion for any part of what America stands for. He is a Muslim,and the sooner he is OUT of the white house,the better. He is out to distroy America. Impeacement is in order.

As Marlene Dietrich said in her last film, directed by Maximilian Schell, “Was ist eigentlich echt hier?” (What is REALLY real here?)
Marlene would not allow herself to be filmed, so Schell relied on montage, clips, audio, innuendo, staged recreations, etc, to create the “illusion” of Dietrich.
Obama could be the subject of a film using Schell’s technique.
We never really see WHO he is, or what strings he is pulling. Good citizens are his unwilling marionettes.

When the ruling came down declaring Obamacare a tax and therefore legal, and we moved past the “what the heck just happened” moment, then came the moment “he must have been blackmailed” as being the only logical answer. This information is new to me as of today, as well as the news of John Roberts opening the door to a Court hearing on the merits of Orly Taitz’s Scotus hearing.
Roberts act, if true, was traitorous and the repercussions suffered by this disastrous decision is justifiably impeachable. But he has a chance to redeem himself as a man and a human being if he does the right and honest thing in his judgement of the case against Mr. Obama that Orly Taitz is presenting to the Court.
Once again, the fate of our country is in this one man’s hands.

I have formed the opinion that there is something that doesn’t pass the socially acceptable if not legal smell test. I would like to know all circumstances associated with the adoptions. I find it puzzling as to why the Roberts would adopt in violation of Irish law. It is possible that there is a Latin American connection involving the parents which though embarrassing to a man of law/Justice might be a legal pathway for adoption. In any case I put him in the column of spineless lawyers who are given the power to dole out justice to/for honest, upright citizens.

Since I believe that Justice Roberts reads Orly’s web site, I’ll ask him to be honorable by confessing to the fact that he was being blackmailed. This should eliminate the Obamacare ruling, cause Obama’s appointees to be eliminated and to save us all. Justice Roberts, you know that there are death panels and rules written into the law that will cause the death of thousands of elderly people. If you were blackmailed, you need to come forward and reverse yourself. The judge, in your case, is God. He will judge you for your actions for all eternity. It hardly seems worth it.

What do you think it means. It means America is severely debt raped and badly wounded by these enemy infiltrators and unfortunately they appear to have communist banker money control at the present. The United States Supreme Court knows damn good and well the whole nation is watching to see if they confess to high treason again, period, everyone deserves a second chance but most likely Posse’s will be formed by the Sheriff’s. They will need patriots to be sworn-in as legal warrant posse law enforcers and we all will go and arrest these blatant in our face new world order one world government blatant extremely dangerous enemy treasonous traitors. I mean what do you think is going to happen, does anyone really believe America land of the free, home of the brave and the heavily armed patriot citizens will allow America to be conquered by a bunch of chicken necks sociopathic freaks that think they can rule the Unite States with an iron hand and a black boot stomping a human face in forever you would be very delusional, we/I will fight in defense of country. The problem reaction solution psychos babble trash is also coming to an end. The arrests will be carried out in a legal manor by Sheriff’s swearing out warrants for all their arrests. Vigilantly is a crime, so don’t do it, besides they should have a trial that they did in fact NDAA denied us. It will begin in one state after the other until the infiltrating conquering-enemy has nowhere to go except prison or worse, watch. obama is a criminal and a forigner and needs to go to jail but I blame congress for allowing him to get away with what he is doing. Also congress allowed him to run up the dept, cut the military, passed obama care, will not have him arrested for fruad or for gun running or the murder of Americans around the world.

Even if Roberts was booted from the court for something illegal,Obama could be in jail before any type action would begin on his case. Also the 2 losers he appointed would go back to licking fellow commrads boots and would be of no concern to any legal matter of Roberts.

I believe that there may well be another reason for this sudden “news” about Roberts. Maybe this is a ‘veiled’ threat against his wife and those beautiful children. Could it be?
What was the reason behind the sudden resignation of David Souter right at the time of Obama’s election in 2008? He was a Reagan appointee also.

Chief Justice Roberts has a chance to expose the largest fraud in the past 500 years. I would hope he wants to be on the right side of this case. America can stand the truth but it may never recover from this lie.

I hope that Judge Roberts realizes that there is alot more at stake. If this country continues in this path of taking away constittutional rights etc, what chance do Justice Roberts’ children have of having a country that will endow his children with inalienable rights that our Founding Fathers foresaw? And what about Justice Scalia? or any of the other Justices? What do their wearing of the Black robe means if our constitional freedoms are stripped away? They are supposed to defend the Constituton. If not now, when?

History and Human decency demand that Roberts
open the doors, and adjudicate the entire case,
in open sessions on obot eligibility. That said,
one cannot imagine this as more than another

If he goes the obamacare way all are cooked for sure! If he has a bit of conscience, he might do the right thing! At least posterity will remember him as the person who baled out his country in adverse conditions. Or else he too will be enlisted among the ones who were in cahoots with a totalitarian dictator, from god knows where. Just like the infamous judges who covered up for Hitler!

I was just reading posts on other sites, and people are scared, fed up, with all of the rapid changes that are coming because of Obama. I just read that in Missouri, the magazines, and high assault rifles will begin to be collected,.. don’t know if that is accurate or not..
But I predict.. that the support of this site, will keep increasing..
People are really fed up, and waking up..
I will be in special prayer tomorrow for this Court hearing..
